This is a VERY pleasant liquid calcium. I like it so much I've officially made it a Subscribe n' Save item. Its only got 1 carb as well for those of you doing keto. I've been using it for three months. It tastes like a tart orange-cream yogurt. A word of caution based on my experience, I find taking it twice a day provides me with too much magnesium citrate, so I take the liquid in the early afternoon and six hours later, I take a different brand of liposomal calcium in a softgel, without magnesium citrate. For those who may not know, calcium should not be taken with acidic beverages such as orange juice or coffee, so I take this at least two hours after my morning coffee. Calcium should also be taken in 600mg doses, at least six hours apart - one's body can only absorb so much at a time, otherwise excess just gets flushed out. Additionally, too much magnesium citrate can result in extra 💩 trips. 😬

Easy to take rather than giant horse pills! Tastes good too!

I bought this unsure since it doesn’t list the type of magnesium used. It uses 2 forms, one being magnesium citrate, which causes loose stools…at least in me. So i continue to take my pill form of magnesium glyconate from another seller in the AM and only take 1/2 the dose, at night. Any more has that horrible effect. However, my numbers for bone density have increased by .10 in the week I’ve been taking it. So, obviously, better absorption than my pill form. Just wish they hadn't used the citrate form. The taste is deceiving. It pours out this thick, white liquid, that tastes like bitter orange. But I’ve grown used to it. My only other complaint is the liquid glues the cap on after a few pours, only hot water loosens it, but don’t want to get hot water inside bottle. So make sure you wipe off the lid of the bottle after every pour or you’ll be struggling to get the lid off in a few days.

I have been taking my calcium in liquid form because I am unable to swallow this supplement in pill form. I typically double the amount required and drink it at the same time while eating breakfast. I consume this along with food because I don't like the taste of the liquid. (My taste buds are way off due to other medication taken). Obviously, this is a bit more expensive than taking 2 or 3 pills but the results are well worth it!

This is different from my original liquid but the flavor is good and the calcium is the same so it is okay.

This has been amazing for our whole family. Growing pains are hard for our kids right now and within 30 minutes of taking it, the kids stop crying in pain. Love love.

This 32 fl. oz glass bottle is terribly difficult to deal with. The first time it was delivered it had broken & spread its contents all over the other products in the box. The second time it did arrive in 1 piece but we realized that for a woman with small or arthritic hands, it will be a real challenge to deal with it. It has to be shaken twice a day (2 Tbsp. doses /day) & holding on to it & shaking it could be difficult! It should be offered in a lightweight plastic-type container with a HANDLE & a small closeable opening so it can easily & safely be shaken & poured into a tablespoon. And 2x a day ? We're having to pour it into a 1/2 gal milk jug so it can be manipulated. I'm still considering asking for a well-deserved refund !
