This is the most frustrating product to work with out of any medium I have ever used! I prepped my surface using alcohol and allowed it to dry, then I used transfer tape. The vinyl adhesive was less sticky then the transfer tape! After wasting so much time and tossing a few cuts, I had to hand place all of my designs. Once placed the material was too easy to be removed, I don't know how they call this permanent, it most certainly is not. The only plus was that the material did cut well in the machine, but that doesn't give any better of a review, because the machine cuts almost anything well. Skip this or you will waste your 15 or so dollars.
