This device is very effective.
At first this device felt so subtle that it didn't feel like it was doing anything. I gave it a solid ten minutes and boy oh boy. It released a recurring tension behind my ear better than all of my other devices. It is also such a beautiful design, sculptural object to keep out. Very well crafted.

Looks weird, works great
My doctor suggested this for trigger points on my back. I was skeptical, but it’s been very helpful. Start out sitting in a soft chair with it behind you so you can more easily control the pressure while still being able to relax. Highly recommend.

No instructions in English. I received this item with instructions in Chinese only and not English. How are we supposed to know how to use this item if we have no instructions? Please send instructions in English. Thank you.

It’s overpriced.
This product definitely helps relieve neck tension. However, it’s a bit difficult to use on other areas. Also, the price is quite high. I think a reasonable price would be in the $20 range.
