Good product and top notch service and the service personnel
The product looks good and till date working fine. Perfect size for my stove. The installation guy was well mannered. He beforehand asked me the photo of the kitchen and brought an ply board to install the chimney in proper height and location as there is a window infront of my stove. Now the chimney is in perfect position to smoke control.

Livepure & Delhivery combo is nightmare 😨
The chimney was delivered, but the brand shows absolutely no concern for its service. They didn't even bother to verify whether the chimney had been installed. I called Livepure’s installation team repeatedly, but they were irresponsible and delayed the installation by a week. Despite my urgent requests—and the fact that I was the one paying for the service—they kept making excuses like "I'll do it tomorrow" or "it can't be done today." Sometimes, they wouldn't even answer the phone. Seeing all this, I lost faith in the brand; I wondered that if I had to face so much trouble just to get it installed, what kind of ordeal I might face if a problem arose in the future. Fortunately, the Amazon team helped me a great deal, and I managed to return the chimney after 26 days. The return process took so long because of Delhivery; their service is absolutely abysmal. They finally picked up the item after three attempts. I had originally paid via credit card, but due to Delhivery's incompetence, I had to pay the bill from my bank account instead; had the return been processed on time, the amount would have simply been settled against the credit card. Now, the refunded balance will be credited to my card, which I can use for future shopping.
