I have tried several kinds of mask strap covers over the years, with minimal success. Finally! A good set! These are large enough that they cover the whole strap, which keeps my nose pillow in place as well as doing away with sleep marks. A set of two is a bonus!

I like how they feel around my mouth. Nice and soft instead of plastic. Also keeps everything dry if you get perspiration.

Maybe more than one strip of Velcro further in, so they are adjustable would be the trick. Mine fall off every couple of days if I don’t lock it down as soon as I have the mask off. Just isn’t tight enough. They do reduce marks on my face which I am grateful for and they are very soft.

These are easy to use, comfortable and keeps my BIPAP straps from leaving marks on my face.

These are so soft and comfy and I have no more cpap lines on my face upon waking! I love them.

Unfortunately, the most expensive masks are the ones with the memory foam and they seem to be the only ones I tolerate all night. However, this memory foam can’t be washed and rips and decay easily. Consequently, they have a very short life. I tried other mask liners, the last one were Terry cloth, and they just didn’t work for so many reasons. This material works, however, it would be nice if they were a little more careful with the design as it’s not designed to securely cover all the foam on the edge of the mask and you find yourself adjusting it every night when you put it on to cover the most important parts. But this is definitely the right material

A lot of these types of straps are just to thick. I prefer a thinner strap. These stay put and are very comfortable.
