Precious, easy to blow up balloons. I didn't even use helium, just used command strips and placed them on the wall. They were adorable. Any age would be perfect!

Perfect balloons
These were so cute and perfectly fit my son's 2nd bday party theme. The valve stem on the cow balloon was sealed but thankfully we were able to open it up and make it work. Definitely wasn't disappointed especially for the price and the joy my son had with them.
