I recently spent $700 on this chair, and I have to say, it has been a great investment. The comfort level is impressive, and it offers excellent lumbar support, which has really helped with my back pain during long work sessions.The chair feels solid and well-made, with high-quality materials. It’s also quite adjustable, which is nice because I can set it up exactly how I like it. The assembly was pretty straightforward and didn’t take too long.Overall, I’m really happy with this chair. It’s a bit pricey, but the comfort and support make it worth it. If you’re looking for a chair that will keep you comfortable for hours, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a try.

The media could not be loaded. This is an amazing chair! I had issues with the first one that was sent, it appeared to be damaged in shipping. The company stepped up and sent me a new chair and even let me keep the broken one. I was going to through it out, but its so well made. I am wondering If I can order the lower seat with control box to fix the first one? Please let me know if this is possible?

For some background, I am in my chair for 8-12 hours everyday and have been using a regular old leather office chair which wasn’t very comfortable for long sessions. I bit the bullet and purchased this chair and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The fabric is super soft, the recline is awesome, and the back pieces feel like they are hugging your back. 5 stars would highly recommend.

Shipping box was a disaster! Parts were not in original packaging, thrown in box. Chair was incorrectly partially put together. Pieces that were incorrectly put together could not be taken apart to fix. Some of the metal on chair was scratched. For the cost of this chair it should have been pristine. Very heavy now I have to drive it to a pick up facility to return and wait for refund! So disappointed I didn’t even get to try the chair! Chair may be comfortable may not I’ll never know

It's an incredible product, comfortable for hours. I assembled it in less than 10 minutes, and the material looks really sturdy.

Once you get it adjusted to your height, weight etc... amazing back support. Now I know why it was so expensive.

For S300, it is too expensive and not comfortable enough to sit on. When I sit on it, I didn't get good lumbar support after adjusting many times. It is not a good choice for a small adult.
