I’m very disappointed with this Philips shaver. In hindsight, I wish I hadn’t bought it. It does not provide a close shave consistently, even after multiple passes. The shaving head often fails to cut the hair properly and instead pulls the hair, causing discomfort and making shaving painful. I was not able to return the product even during the return period, which made the experience even more frustrating. I expected much better quality and performance from Philips, but this product has been a real disappointment and did not meet my expectations.

good product however since I had very long beard I git some nicks and scratches but the finishing and smoothness are superb after shave ( no after shave required skin becomes smooth as korean )
