I’m down over 20 lbs since I started taking this. I was already on a weight loss journey and wanted to get something to help me with better energy and to help burn some fat. I’ve tried different supplements in the past and have had mixed results. I’m doing the basics of exercise and tracking my calories, but I’m not perfect by any means. Over the past 6 weeks of taking this fat burner I have noticed I’m less hungry and I have better energy throughout the day. I find it is easier to not over eat and I feel more motivated seeing the progress I’m making. So far so good!

I am 71 years old, recently lost 70 pounds, but that elusive belly fat that I’ve carried for decades was refusing to go. First I loved taking the capsules first in the morning with breakfast. I experienced no stomach issues, and I felt my metabolic rate increasing. My workouts with heavy weights and cardio were phenomenal. Felt 50 years younger! But I also realized that my belly fat was disappearing! My waist, lower abdomen area where I had a buildup of fat was now much flatter. That prominent bulge was gone! I would say that in 15 days I lost inches of lower belly fat! This product is the real deal, effective and without that jittery feeling, I was energized into a fat burning senior citizen! Highly recommend to all age groups!

As other reviews have stated this product causes nausea, stomach and kidney discomfort because it pulls the water and sodium from your body. I didn't experience any increased energy or stamina. Overpriced product that should be labeled a diuretic not a fat burner.

I tried this today. Took only 2. My face turned red a few hours later. No energy boost though . Knocked out my ravenous hunger. Can still eat, still tastes the same, but have no cravings and it's a take it or leave it type if feeling for food .Regular yohimbine gives me energy. Not this, so far anyway. Maybe if I took 3.Update, took third pill. Still no energy.Im running out of things to try and because these things are so expensive, it's holding me back. I wish sellers had trial sizes for about $15 or less of all the supplements . I.might be able to hit on something I can stay with

I decided I needed a fat burner to support my low calorie diet and fat loss goals.
