I got my cutting boards after about two weeks, give or take, after ordering so shipping was very slow. Finally got it, was so excited for it and of course it's damaged. The big one has two big gashes in it. They're also much smaller and flimsier than they look in the pictures. But even though, I'm still going to use them, I'm sure they're going to serve it's purpose fine. Just the overall experience up to this point has been a little frustrating.

I had ordered this stainless steel cutting board to switch out my wood and plastic cutting boards. However, I found out after I got it that cutting on stainless steel boards dull knives very quickly. If you sharpen your knives regularly, then this may not be an issue. My search continues for a suitable replacement for wood and plastic.I still like this cutting board to use as a work surface on my kitchen island. It’s a good size to prepare food and get ingredients together. It makes for a much easier cleanup because I can take it over to my sink and wash the board. It’s not as light as plastic, but it’s thin and not that heavy.

I was planning to use this with my HobbyKids. A nice light sturdy purpose surface that I could use in a flash it would be light easy to carry with us and would store on the magnetic mount that I have set up for my tools. Unfortunately this stainless steel cutting board lacks a very important quality being not magnetic it obviously doesn’t have any steel in it! And to be honest I wouldn’t use this as a cutting board in the kitchen or anything it would just absolutely tear up your knives blades and such you having to go back and sharpen them Over and over again. And even though I had a unique use in mind it just turned into a piece of metal that was sitting around getting in the way.

This is a 9.8" x 14" stainless steel cutting board. It's fairly thin and is very light weight. I don't use it as a cutting board because I keep my knives very sharp and using this to cut on would dull a knife's edge very quickly. While I don't use it to cut on, I do use it for things like wrapping wraps, pressing food items, and other stuff like that. This cutting board even comes with a hole at the top so you can hang it by a hook or anything else, really. I'm 100% satisfied.

Pretty impressed with these cutting boards... as I was looking for something that was not acrylic but better than chopping up a wood or plastic board... I think the stainless steel is the way to go for veggies slicing and meats too... it's kind of different than the wood blocks but you can simply put it on a wood block to elevate it a bit. Works great for me just was surprised by how thin they are other than that I'd give a high recommendation for these.
