इनकी सर्विस लेना बिल्कुल गधों का काम है इनकी डिलीवरी एजेंट इतने बड़े बिजनेस वाले हैं कि यह लोग कस्टमर को कॉल भी नहीं करेंगे और पड़ोसियों को सामान देकर चले जाएंगे क्योंकि पेमेंट तो उसका ऑनलाइन हो गया है तो पैसा जरूरत नहीं इनको लेने की तो किसी को भी देकर चले जाएंगे कोई छोटे बच्चों की पार्सल पकड़ कर निकल जाते हैं फोन भी नहीं करेंगे अब बाद में कस्टमर लोग ढूंढते रहो मेरा पार्सल किधर है पड़ोसी से पूछते रहते हैं हम पागल है ना जो इसे सामान लेते हैं चुटिया लोग हैं हम बेकार घटिया हरामि कितनी गाली दो इनको कुछ भी फर्क नहीं पड़ता है और कस्टमर केयर में बात करने का ऑप्शन देखो तो ऑप्शन भी हटा देंगे रखते हैं उसमें कस्टमर केयर से बात करने का ऑप्शन ही नहीं है भाई कोई भी इनकी सर्विस नालो यह अमेजॉन का पूरा बाय काट कर दो क्योंकि सबसे घटिया सर्विसिंग की

Exceeds Expectations
I had my doubts about the quality, but it certainly has exceeded my expectations. I pack it with piping hot rice around 8:30 am. At 2pm, my lunch time, it is Warm and fresh. Unlike in steel, where the food get cold according to the temp of the room, in Ganesh Cresta, the food stayed warm.Also, it is leak proof.. I am satisfied about the quality at this price.

Its just a normal box. Its not insulated came with small dents inside and aint the best quality box.
