Q-Sorb CoQ-10

This is a good supplement. While using it my skin was clearer, brighter and youthful. I bought them to aid in my overall health while I was off my antipsychotics for a little while and it helped me maintain good energy levels. There were no side effects or stomach upset. The soft gels are small and easy to take. I'm definitely reordering.

It's CoQ10 and almost all of the standard C0Q10 brands are pretty much alike so there's not much more to say about that. But one thing really stands out from most of the other brands: These gel caps are quite small compared to most of the competitions' making them very easy to swallow. Another thing I like about this brand is that it does not contain other added supplements. My doctor suggested avoiding brands that do contain added supplements because not much has been validated about whether or not those added supplements are really helpful nor how safe they are. The only disappointing thing is that Puritans Pride's prices historically used to be VERY competitive. They are now in the middle of the pack so pricing is nothing to rave about anymore. Many years ago my doctor suggested that I take 100 mg of CoQ10 every day to counter one of the potentially downside effects of taking a statin. So, I have been taking this supplement for many years and for most of that time I have been using Puritan's Pride. My doctor said he is happy with all my labs and that I should continue to take this and I will comply with that suggestion.

I have noticed a slight improvement while taking this on a regular basis. my overall health has improved, but this includes a very carefully controlled diet, low sodium especially. Its critical to watch this as you get older. Im 69, male and have completely revamped my diet, and this product seems to help. I do recommend.

I RECIEVED THIS ITEM LAST JULY 8 BUT I OPENED JUST TODAY, and I was shocked and disappointed with the smell and its appearance, the gel has 2 colors orange and read stickied and it smell like it's rotten. I want a refund!
