I think I miss a piece
I love the chair, but I think I’m missing a plug to go to the charger. I’ve been so busy. I’ve been meaning to call, but I actually love the chair.

Don’t buy if you might return it!
Chair is extremely uncomfortable and the back is too short to support you when seated. Adjusting height for back does not improve comfort. SELLER DOES NOT PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING!! Between not having a box after assembling the chair and the return shipping cost, it would’ve been an addition $155 to return at UPS. I ended up leaving it there. So much for my $200.

Defective furniture. Don’t by this if you plan on using the phone arm, it doesn’t work in it.
The actual chair lounge itself was a big hit with my grandkids and great grandkids. They range from 5 to 13. 7 of them in that range. All have phones. They were upset as I was to not be able to use the phone arm. I went out and bought a small grinder to see if I can thin out that phone arm hardware. Haven’t tried it yet. I actually would not have bought it had I known I would not have the ability. I decided to take the $50.00 refund due to several attempts to have the issue fixed. I’m not able to left or or pack it back in the box to return it so that was my only solution. Can’t believe they haven’t had other people with that same issue being that arm screw does not go through enough to but a nut on it! I hope my refund shows up quickly.

Spacesaver, but hard surface for a bed
This is a really great space saver and handy to have both a chair and bed that folds away. But, there is not much cushion in the bed, so it is hard to sleep on for an everyday mattress. Better as a guest bed for the occasional extra sleeping option.
