I haven't used it long enough to see benefits but the taste is good. It mixes well with a shaker bottle. I like mixing mine with coconut water and pineapple juice. I chose this over other the other options due the the multiple types of collagen and added supplements.

I will say it does mix well and it tastes like that drink TANG — which is good ; but I’ve not noticed a difference with anything unfortunately!!! Great taste! No gritty taste! Convenient measuring scoop.I have noticed a change in my sugar cravings, which was my purpose of buying. The reason for the 3 stars is the bag wasn’t even half full, this is unacceptable for a product that cost $79.00. The content was like an air filled potato chip bag. The product is working just seems overpriced to me.

This is great stuff it gives me energy during the day and curb my hungry periods I take it daily and love it.

I no longer drink soda because of this stuff. I mix it with splash Mandarin orange water and it is amazing. I even take this into restaurants with me and my Getty and call it my old lady juice and they never questioned me and just let me drink it.

Edited: Customer service reached out to me after seeing my review and offered me a refund. I was honestly blown away by that. They were very responsive! I updated my review and stars to reflect this although they didn’t ask for that. I was very impressed by their customer service and prompt attention. I really wished this had worked because the flavor was great!!! Just wasn’t for me right now.This stalled me out! I was averaging 3 lb a week wt loss over a 2 month time span. Using unflavored collagen daily and thought I’d give this a try after seeing reviews and reading about the ingredients and it sounded yummy! It did taste great, I will say! Took it for 5 days and in those 5 days my wt went up .2 lbs. I meal prep weekly, so my meals were exactly the same, wasn’t hormonal, I’ve over 60. This was the only change I made. Stopped taking it and in the next 2 days my weight went down 1.2 lbs. so just 1 lb for the week after consistently seeing a steady weekly drop. I will be tossing this or passing it on. It was expensive anyhow, but I was hopeful it was something that I could switch up my routine with. Not sure why it stalled me out.
