Upon further investigation, the manufacturer glues the gasket to the multiport valve. Just save yourself time and buy the top of valve.

Fits a SP0714C valve
I measured my SP0714C valve. It was the same as the measurements in the pictures. The description only mention model # SP0714CA so I wasn’t 100% sure. It turned out to fit perfectly. It fits snuggly but with the pressure the valve puts on this gasket, I’m not sure if I should glue it in so that when I lift the valve, the gasket doesn’t get pulled out. I might be over thinking this but I think I’ll put a thin film of gasket maker in the channel to secure the gasket as the original gasket was so difficult to scrape out there must be a reason why they did that. I would recommend to anyone that has a SP0714C valve

Does not fit all SP0714 valves
The kit doesn’t work with all kinds of SP0714 valves. Not sure if it is the “X”, or I just have an older valve, but it didn’t quite work - as other reviewers mentioned, it didn’t quite fit. The large o-ring was definitely too thin. But it probably works ok if it goes under the valve cover. Mine was installed in a groove around the cover and it was definitely much thicker and larger in diameter. I suspect that for the same reason the spider gasket also had to be stretched a bit to fit into my valve. It worked ok after I got it installed, but only time will tell if stretching the gasket causes problems. I bought the kit only for the spider gasket, so it did the job for me, but make sure you have the correct valve type if you need other parts to fit.
