Review for Root Beer Flavor
This review is specifically for the Root Beer Flavor. I have tried and loved several other Hawaiian Shaved Ice Syrup flavors, but this was my first-time trying Root Beer. AND LAST. I always give these syrups the smell test before using and it does smell (and of course look) like Root Beer, but that's where it ends. I made up a mountain of Shaved Ice for the Fam and right away the kids said it tasted like Mouthwash. At first, I didn't believe them, but they were right, the taste was exactly like Listerine. Had to toss it out.

good for iced tea mixes
I add this syrup to iced Thai tea. Yummy. It's artificially flavored so it's almost too sweet, but if I'm using Hawaiian shaved ice syrup in drink mixes, what else would I expect? Good product and a good deal.
