Very well made, lovely watch, my daughter loves it. Only problem is it's too big for her wrist. Hoping I can take a couple links out of it

The back of the watch was not on when it arrived. I clipped it on. 5 mins after being worn the watch fell to pieces the back of the watch came off as well as the bits inside. The strap came off. Not fixable
