This is a very well manufactured and presented product. It enables you to listen to music, phone etc without anything obstructing the ears. So you can hear your surroundings as well. It is aimed at the sports market (running, cycling) but is equally useful for general listening. If you have any outer or middle ear issues, it enables you to hear perfectly, as the sound travels through your bones direct to the inner ear. Cool!. It links very easily to phone, iPad etc by Bluetooth and has an easy to use integrated on/off/volume/answer phone etc control. Recharge by usb lead supplied. Love it!

Platforms like BBC Sounds offer so much. This all the more so after the upheaval of the recent changes to the BBC Radio Schedule. Much of my time is spent outside, so I protect my iPhone with a Lifeproof case. This makes conventional earphones with a plug-in cable faffy. First I tried a pair of inexpensive in-ear earphones, which I couldn't get on with at all! They constantly turned themselves on and then off again. The sound was worse than through the phone's speaker and, worst of all, they were impossible to keep in my ears when walking. Straight out of the box, the SANOTO bone conduction headphones were a big hit with me. They are sleek, modern-looking and soft to the touch, and obviously well-made from quality materials. Water-resistance is another useful feature. They paired with my phone practically instantly and the connection is always stable. The controls make operation simple: on/off; volume; changing tracks. Wearing the headset felt odd for a short time, but it's actually very stable and comfortable, even when active. Sound quality is very pleasing, but ambient sounds can still be picked up for safety. The Bluetooth connection reaches for at least ten to twelve metres, in other words through the whole house or garden. The battery lasts well, but charging is quick and simple anyway. The overall quality is very high, but should an issue arise, customer service is outstanding. It's definitely worth registering using the details in the box. There are definitely cheaper products out there, but to my mind, it would be very difficult to find a better balance between price, performance and quality.

I picked these up as I wanted to try bone conduction for running but I wasn't willing to shell out 3x+ for the equivalent Shokz. A colleague has the latter, and these compare very well for the money. Positives: Build quality is nice, the controls are intuitive if you've ever used a set of wireless earbuds before (big play/pause button that you double click to skip track and triple click to go back), paired quickly with my phone. Audio quality is acceptable for this type of headphone. If you've tried Shockz these are probably 80% of the way there in terms of quality. Most importantly they're comfortable on my average sized head and don't move about in any meaningful way when I run, and they allow me listen to my podcasts while keeping me aware of my surroundings. Negatives: Back on audio quality, I said this was acceptable for this type of headphone. It is, but that means that you have less base, slighter sharper/tinnier treble, so don't expect to be wowed if you're listening to music. I mostly do podcasts when running and they're fine for that. When I do listen to music they're definitely usable, there's not really any distortion and the audio is clear, it's just missing the oomph that you'd get from having even cheaper sealed earbuds. There's also some noticeable noice leakage - I tried these in a quiet office and from a few away you can make out bits and pieces of speech even at a moderate volume. I also don't like that this uses a bespoke charging cable, as this is one more thing for me to bring with me and if it does break or go missing the headphones will probably become e-waste immediately. Finally, I'm not sure if this is unique to these headphones or typical of bone conduction, but parts of audio with heavy bass are VERY vibraty. I'm sure I'll get used to it but it's noticeable. None of those negatives justify knocking more than 1 star off the rating at the price I paid (€45), especially considering name brand ones start at double the price for the entry level models. So, those caveats aside, this is a definite recommendation.

Tested the headphones on my xbox and was pleased with sound quality while still being aware of things around me unlike my other headphones designed to suppress ambient noise. Overall 5 stars for build, design and functionality. Charging is as described

Honestly these are excellent. The sound quality is remarkably good considering. They are a little quieter than I would like however, I feel it's great the level they can get up to. Lasts for around 8-10h and charges super quickly.

Really pleased with my purchase in terms of value for money and my expectations. The sound does leak when the volume is up high but I feel like this should be expected with bone conducted style headphones in general. Comfy and feel reasonably secure to wear. I've fell asleep with them on and no problems with shape so they do feel like they will be durable. Also easy Bluetooth connectivity. One thing I would say as a negative is not being able to adjust at the back of the head, but this hasn't effected the use, just would feel more secure if this was an option.

These Bone Conduction Headphones are easy to set up and are designed to sit comfortably outside your ear. The sound quality is excellent and for anyone who suffers from ear infections they are fabulous. If you’re using over the ear headphones you’ll find them great for the summer time. I purchased these to listen to Audiobooks These headphones have exceeded my expectations. These headphones meet all my needs: - The sound is very clear; - They offer seamless pairing and are easy to connect to computer, phone and tablet; I often have them connected to both my computer and phone at the same time since they support being connected to two devices at once; - I can still hear the ambiant noise around me (and if my husband wants to speak to me); for anyone wanting to not hear ambient noise, the headset comes with a pair of earplugs; - At 29 grams, they are very lightweight and extremely comfortable to wear; they fit very snugly on my head and the pressure on the bone is so light that you eventually forget you are even wearing them; - and so far the battery has been lasting forever (I have listened to several hours of audibooks and still have not had to recharge). - I love that they are wireless and allow me to walk around and do a few things around the house as I listen to my audiobook. The Bluetooth range is quite good. The headphones come with a USB-C proprietary charging cable that is magnetically connected to the headset. This makes recharging the headset easy and convenient. The cable is small and easily packs away into your purse or carrying bag so that you can always have it with you wherever you go. I have not yet had a chance to try the waterproof feature of this headset. My sister purchased a pair of bone conducting earphones from Costco that were much more expensive. I did not want to pay as much as she did for headphones that I would only use while listening to Audiobooks. I would highly recommend these headphones to anyone that is looking for a cost-effective bone conducting headset.

Ich habe schon einige „Nackenbügel-Knochenschallkopfhörer“ ausprobiert – und der DG08 ist für mich bisher der beste Alltagsbegleiter in dieser Kategorie. Was ich daran besonders mag - Super diskret & immer griffbereit: Wenn ich ihn nicht brauche, stülpe ich einfach den Kragen darüber. Kein Herumhantieren, kein Verstauen, kein Suchen – und wenn ich doch hören will, ist er sofort einsatzbereit. - Kein In-Ear-Gefummel: Gerade unterwegs ist das für mich ein riesiger Pluspunkt. Und ich muss auch nicht erst eine große Box aus dem Rucksack ziehen, wie Bauart-bedingt bei Over/On-Ears. - Sehr angenehmer Sitz: Der DG08 sitzt bei mir auffallend gut, ist federleicht und nach kurzer Zeit kaum noch spürbar. Klang (realistisch, aber für den Zweck top) Man sollte kein Basswunder erwarten und auch keine audiophile Detailauflösung der Höhen für die Bach-Sonate. Aber: Für genau das, wofür ich ihn nutze, ist er richtig gut. - Lieblingspodcast beim Gassi-Gehen - entspannte Beschallung bei der Gartenarbeit - unauffällig Musik/Podcast beim (Freitagnachmittags-)Einkauf Hier liefert der DG08 einen klaren, angenehmen Sound, der einfach passt. Akkulaufzeit & Alltagstauglichkeit Die Laufzeit ist für mich mehr als ausreichend – ehrlich gesagt habe ich nie exakt herausbekommen, wie viele Stunden er durchhält, weil mir vorher der Saft ausgeht. Dazu wirkt er robust, ist unaufdringlich und macht insgesamt einen sehr zuverlässigen Eindruck. Erwähnswert ist noch, daß der DG08 nicht unmittelbar durch ein einfaches USB-C Kabel geladen wird; er hat ein spezielles magnetisch "andockendes", USB-A Kabel im Lieferumfang. Das macht das Laden geradezu elegant, keine Stecker, die man in kleine Buchsen schiebt und Gummikappen, die man für die Dichtigkeit drüber fummeln muß, aber erfordert, daß man sorgfältig auf das Ladekabel aufpaßt. Mein persönliches Highlight Wenn ich allein unterwegs bin, nutze ich ihn inzwischen oft, um mich mit Gemini (Google/Android-KI) zu unterhalten – z. B. darüber, was hier in der Gegend sehenswert ist oder welche Geschichte ein Ort hat. Erstaunlich (und ein bisschen unheimlich), was man dabei nebenbei lernt – schöne neue Welt. Fazit: Wer einen diskreten, bequemen und sofort einsatzbereiten Knochenschall-Nackenbügel für Alltag, Podcast & unterwegs sucht, macht mit dem DG08 aus meiner Sicht alles richtig. Ich würde ihn wieder kaufen.

Received these open ear earbuds two weeks ago and purposely waited on this review in order to give them a thorough test run. In a nutshell, I'd say these ear buds are well worth the price. Packaging was good. Included were the ear buds, a charging cable and instructions. Buds were charged to 74% when I opened the box so I was able to immediately try them out. My first move was to look over the instructions. They were a little confusing... one side English, the other, Chinese, with the English side obviously written by a non-English speaker. Fortunately they also included a photo of the earbuds with description and what I'd call a quick start guide explaining the taps required to play, pause, adjust volume, answer calls, etc. Finding and pressing the buttons (one on each earbud) is fairly intuitive but I did find the buttons sensitive enough that they took some getting used to. It also took a little experience to locate the button on each earbud as there is no indented or raised surface on the earbud to let you know exactly where the button is. These issues went away after using the earbuds a few times over the weeks. The earbuds are the open ear type and they easily hook over each ear and may be the most comfortable buds I've worn. I even forgot I had them on a couple of times. The sound quality is surprisingly good and the volume is decent. Volume can be adjusted on your phone or on the earbuds (or both). I have experienced a few split-second drops of sound in one or the other other earbuds that i have attributed to a momentary loss of bluetooth signal from iPhone to earbud, easily tolerable with the other excellent features these inexpensive earbuds provide. Pairing was simple and the storage case also charges the earbuds when they are put away. I like the way the earbuds easily fit into the case and are held firm magnetically. There is also an LED screen inside the case telling you when the earbuds are charging as well as the amount of charge remaining in the case itself. The case is charged up via the included type-C cable. No wireless charging and you provide your own charger. All in all, a nice pair of everyday listening to podcasts while walking the dog earbuds.
