This taste good and seem to help. Haven’t used for awhile but I feel they are helping.

Because I have joint pain in my hands and knees, I started taking turmeric supplements. These gummies were a tasty and pleasant way to add turmeric to my diet. I was taking 2 a day. I started losing my appetite, losing weight and was too tired in the afternoon to accomplish anything. Then, my bloodwork showed that I had become anemic. It turns out that turmeric supplements can inhibit iron absorption by 20-90%. I have stopped taking it, and my doctor has put me on an iron supplement until my bloodwork is back to normal. After a week, I started feeling much better. If you take turmeric, be aware of possible side effects and use it short term.

Good taste. I also bought this brand's tumeric with ginger. I like the taste of these the best. Will purchase again.

Wonderful, Helped me with knee joint pain

Have used Quinol Turmeric gummies before...but purchased these as wanting to cut down on sugar. Did not like the taste of them compared to the sugared version. Would not buy again.
