We used this from my baby being two weeks old and she's now 16 weeks and she loves it!! Because of the seat you don't need to hold them when bathing... Really secure.. easy to fill, empty and clean. Folds away small.. I use in the bath but can use on the floor or bottom of a shower if you don't have a bath.. and built in thermometer that you can remove if you don't want it. One of my best buys

Very portable
It really is portable, I moved it around the home a few weeks postpartum as I wasn’t able to use it in the bathroom, the cushion worked for our baby as a newborn and she’s 5months now and we still use it. However the thermometer never worked.

Poor customer service
The bath spout doesn't close and where the bathtub folds is not in good condition and the thermometer/thermostat doesn't work. Unfortunately I cannot return it because amazon doesn't refund returns or exchange, it'd be my loss if I return it because they'll come collect it but will not refund it.
