I began using phytoceramides for my aging skin several years ago. Ive used multiple brands and so far, this is my favorite. I have an arthritic reaction to magnesium stearate which is found in most supplements so must find products manufactured without it. This one qualifies. If I don’t take phytoceramides for a week or two, my face begins showing additional signs of aging but when I get back on track, those new signs fade away. Have been using this, hyaluronic acid oral supplement, and usually 2 scoops of a good collagen powder in my coffee daily. I have had one hip replacement and doctor said other hip was equally as bad on X-ray as former replaced. Also, 4 yrs ago I had to have that deep hip steroid injection, yikes needle touching bone! Well, after that first and only injection I began above regimen - with the collage powder actually began a year before the other supplements. Zero pain in almost 5 years! I am just now starting to have a little twinge occasionally, I know another replacement is probably coming, however to stave off for almost 5 yrs. now has been a blessing!
