It’s working great no problems putting in !!!!

I bought a unit from them and it came with some wrong parts. I called them up to try to get them to send me the right parts. They wanted me to send the AC unit all the way back that means I had to take it out of the window and do all that I wasn’t gonna do all that so it ended up. I had to make do what I had and they didn’t never bother to even get back in touch with me again so I would never buy from them again they sent the wrong parts and they try to pretend they want to make deal with it, but I wasn’t gonna pull that out so that’s why I gave them one star the unit itself is a pretty decent unit but quite loud it said it’s quiet, but it’s not it’s loud

Great job, works perfectly for two rooms!

Works great once installed. It is a little tricky to install, you have to take the guts out, install the casing and then put the guts back in. I had 1 defective one out of the 8 I ordered and they replaced it FAST within like 2 days.

Just for a frame of reference I was using a 10K BTU window unit that was no longer keeping up during the hottest part of the day so I ordered a 14k portable unit to replace it ... boy was that a mistake ... my 10K old unit was better so, I seen this ... even at 12K it far outperforms the 14K portable and my old 10K unit. This unit is FROSTY! I got about 350 SQ down to 62 then tested the heat mode and it works fine also ... Exceptional value for what I paid just over 400 usd. It is also quiet so thats a plus. My only issue is the remote, app, and screen on the unit don't seem to be in sync ... not sure what's up with that maybe the app needs work?

Easy to install

As an AC, strictly for cooling, it works well but forget about using this thing as a heat source. Mini split still a far superior option compare to this. This 12000 BTU is not even comparable to any standard 9000 BTU mini split system when it comes to heating up space

The product arrived and once installed we have not been able to get cool air out of the unit. It is under 2 months old and the customer service with this brand has been maddening. Amazon should not allow sellers on this site that have no customer service email on any of the documents that you receive. I have been communicating with the seller for exactly 7 days and they are still asking me to prove that cool air is not coming from the unit. This is after I submitted a jpg of the temperature in the room and the unit ( attached) and a video. At 40+ years old I know how an AC Unit works and we have two other ones in our house, if cold air is not coming out of the unit it will not cool the room. For some reason, this seems to be the sticking point for them even as they keep asking me to run it for two hours and check if it is more than 10 degrees, though again this unit is less than two months old and we have run it for hours. It has never blown cool air. The unit is supposed to have a 12-month warranty however, you don't receive any of those documents with the unit. Although, I paid 469.51 for this unit I haven't once received a case number and no one on the sellers' side is helping to resolve the defective unit that they sold me. Is this a real company because that is real money? I would not purchase from this brand. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you have an issue it is a disaster. Not worth it.
