I have had to have Zosi warranty this model DVR a few times now. It was the same one as the original in my DVR set and now I am on the third or fourth one. The first one lasted about 6 months and the HDMI stopped working all together, a replacement was sent from zosi and two weeks later the same thing happened again. I ended up getting a third sent to me and decided to get a couple different cables to hook up VGA route. Obvious problem with something with HDMI ports. Software through zosi is horrible also, the time set on dvr doesn't always match time on app views, takes a long time to get video to load initially compared to other I've used in the past, and the remote playback will decide to stop working when your almost at the point you were trying to watch.

in general it is ok system.Not so much user friendly.Customer service is ok. All communication is with e-mail back and forth and it makes it difficult and time consuming to send them all pictures they want. I like to pickup the phone and talk to someone when I need support.
