Good quality, soft, good compression
These are good quality and offer good compression. You cannot wear them alone as leggings as they are more like tights, but they are great for compression if you have edema problems like me. They are comfortable and you can wear shorts or pants over them. I just got them so cannot say how long they will last. I will update later. I ordered another one because these seem pretty good.

I like the stirrup style and quality.
I love that these are stirrup style and compress well around the ankle & knee while leaving the toes free. I can wear with any shoe any time and I love them: At first so thought these were too tight to fit and that I would snag them. Now that I looked at the description on the Amazon page of how to put them on...I LOVE them. They feel great. I didn’t know if these were more nylon stockings or tights. I was uncertain or the transparency of these, If underwear or legs would show through. The answer is...the butt cheeks are like stockings and do show underwear, literally there is an oval around each butt cheek that is thinner, to provide less compressions i assume. The rest of the tights are tights on the legs and waist. I wish these were less see through on the butt so I could wear alone during yoga without having to cover the butt. The tights could still snag/pill on a rough fingernail, but I don’t think you’d get a full run like panty hose that keeps running, more like a one-time localized run and a ball of thread from the snag. These are fantastic and I cannot wait to buy another color.

Tights that are constructed as proper leggings with a front vs back
I sew so study body shape and patterning. 4 way stretch can do a lot, but I was concerned the usual tights model of no differentiated front-back would be a problem with hybrid tights-leggings with graduated compression. There are a lot of thigh high things out there that made me worry full length torso fit was going to be a real problem. I read some forum with ladies with a different syndrome talking about how they hike tights under their sports bras to hold them up and was frankly worried about rolling down. (They might have been fringe and/or waist training while they managed their med prob?) Anyhow, out of the package these have a clear front and back with a differently textured fabric for the torso area, with a reassuringly large shaped bubble of fabric for the rear. They were actually deliberately made to try to fit the body, rather than just a tube. The math of making compression hose must be complex and these have done well. They go up to my rather high waist, up over my fit but generous curves and are not moving. I'm wearing these for generalized not yet dr assessed ankle swelling and am looking for the transition to spring summer. These are tights for under skirts and not wear alone. The band and panty area are be thicker like cable knit tights and so the band might show under a smooth skimming dress but a slip would help. So far, I'm finding a good array of products as a newbie. Can't report durability.

MD 15-20 Compression Pantyhose
The compression is probably a little light for my circulation needs, but they are very durable and extremely comfortable. As I learned sizing is a very important factor. Too big in the waist and you have the issue of them constantly sliding down, even with a diaper on. These are a perfect fit and stay up all day long. I absolutely love them. Thanks! Ken

Good mild compression
These are the wrong size. I may have accidentally requested a size M. I need an XXL. So I will have to return. They have a nice texture and seem to have ample stretch at the waistline. I found the cuff to be a bit bulky.

Bad Quality
This is my first time giving such a low score to something, I bought this for my post surgical recovery to help with the swelling, I couldn’t use it right away due to my incision but today for the first time I wear it and not even 8 hours later it got three holes close to my underwear area in between my tights and it’s not like I was being really active because one of the things that I have is that I cannot move one of my legs, so the quality of this compression pantyhose is awful.

Medical Professionals, save your legs, buy this leg compression pantyhose and buy just this one!!
GREAT for any medical career where you are standing 8-12+ hours per day! Save your legs, invest in “this” compression pantyhose. I’ve tried a few, “this” one knocks it out of the park, wash after wash; cold water with regular clothes, air dry, holds shape, durable; take your time putting it on. Worth the price!
