Fits original Quest VR unit
As per some other reviews definitely fits the Quest 1 VR unit, great improvement on the standard strap.

So I still use a Quest 1 since I mostly use it for PCVR. I saw that this strap was compatible with it and decided to give it a shot. It fits perfectly! It’s comfortable to wear, it’s very stable, it’s exactly what I needed! Before putting it on a Quest 1, there are two foam stickers that will need to be removed first. These come off easily, and once removed it should slide right into the rail.

Strapped to face in relative comfort and clarity. So much adjustability!

As I started using VR a few months ago, I used VR only for short periods of time to avoid motion sickness. Back then, the original head strap, which came with the Quest 2, worked fine for me. As the time I spent in VR increased, as more the regular strap was bothering me. The pressure on my cheekbones and on my nose spoiled my VR experience quite a bit. So, I decided to go with this halo strap. Today is the first day I am using it and I am amazed on how much better it feels than the original soft strap. Way less pressure on nose and cheekbones. It is also way easier to put on when wearing glasses. Once tightened, I can just fold the back part up and put it straight on my face within seconds without any further adjustments. Is it worth it? When looking at the piece, you think this item could be sold for a way lower price. However, the dramatic increase in comfort and ease of use makes it well worth it for frequent VR users.

I'm giving this 4 stars because it seems like it's built well and would be perfect for the average person, but I have unusual needs for headset comfort and it isn't working that well for me. I just wanted to write this review to inform anyone else with TMD and/or sinus issues that's considering buying this. I have horrible sinus problems and with the original oculus strap, the headset pushed on my sinuses and made them ridiculously inflamed to the point I felt like I had a cold. I figured out that a heavy counterweight, along with angling the headset so it didn't press on my sinuses solved that, but the counterweight always felt weird in the back of my head and it made the straps push into my forehead and the top of my head which sucked. This solves the issue with my forehead and top of my head completely. But I realized that I couldn't get the pressure off my sinuses with it unless I added the counterweight, which blocks my ability to adjust the tightness so it's really hard to find the right settings. I also have TMD and get pain from a lot or pressure against my temples, so I've always had to wear my headset looser than is considered ideal. I actually had no issue with the original headset staying secure (and I play intense games where I jump around a lot) but I'm having a really hard time with this one. I think that the standard strap style that goes across your head works better for keeping the headset secure without making it super tight. The halo style reduces pressure on my forehead and the top of my head, but unfortunately because it sits so high I can't get it secure without tightening it to the point it hurts my jaw. So I wouldn't recommend this (or any halo style strap, most likely) if you need to keep your headset on the looser side.

Compatible with Quest 1! Box says Quest 2 but It fits perfectly on Quest 1! It’s comfortable to wear & stable. Exactly what we needed! For Quest 1, remove two foam stickers.
