PLASTIC NETCUP WITH ENTANGLED ROOTS HIDDEN INSIDED PACKED SOIL ARRIVED WITH LEAVES PARTIALLY ROTTEN
Small Plastic Netcups( with roots extensively entangled) not removed , found hidden inside packed soil , was not removed before sending. Leaves too were found partially damaged(rotten) on arrival. Two days revival effort seems going wasted...photo posted.

Plant is already in dead condition, pl send a replacement, it is not expected from a nursary like you. It is not evan a plant it is mear a cutting without roots
