This body wash has a very pleasant smell and it lathered just enough. My 10 year daughter with severe eczema has been using it for a month and it does not aggravate her skin at all. Since the lather is good a small amount goes a long way. The texture is perfect too not too thick or thin. The bottle is very durable and easy to squeeze out.

I’m really happy with this body wash. It’s truly gentle and hypoallergenic, making it perfect for sensitive skin. The formula is fragrance-free, lathers nicely without being harsh, and leaves my skin feeling clean, soft, and moisturized—not tight or dry. A little goes a long way, and the 22 fl oz size is a great value for the price. It’s simple, effective, and does exactly what it promises. I’ll definitely be repurchasing and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mild, no-fuss body wash.

This was a really big surprise to me, out of left field. I was really going bananas, with my skin being compromised. I ordered this body wash, from Amazon, without expectations. To my surprise, it’s a really good body wash. I would recommend it, because I have very sensitive, reactive skin. This product gives a nice gentle clean, and it has caused me no issues, or flare-up’s. No fragrance to speak of, and if it does, it’s very mild. I’m allergic, to fragrances. It’s a really good mild body wash, without the nasties of harsh irritants, and without the overwhelming fragrance, for those who have sinus conditions, and allergies. Did I mention? Budget friendly, too.

This body wash is great for sensitive skin. It’s moisturizing, doesn’t leave any residual feeling on my skin, rinses nicely (even in soft water), and the price is great! You can’t beat under $5! The smell, though? It doesn’t work for me. It has kind of a strange sickly, old perfume, chemical smell that lingers for a while. It’s hard to describe. Lots of other folks on here enjoy the smell, though, so I’m chalking it up to the fact that the scent just doesn’t mix well with my body chemistry. In the end, it’s a great body wash that does well for sensitive skin, and the smell factor is just a personal opinion that doesn’t warrant a poor review.

Smells great, is very gentle on our sensitive skin, and is comparable to Dove only cheaper, which is good considering how much everything costs these days. Will be buying again!

This body wash doesn't lather up like Dove. It's not as lotiony either. As a matter of fact, my skin was quite red and itchy and dry after using it. It does contain fragrance, therefore should not be labeled as hypoallergenic. For the record, I vastly prefer Dove.

This Amazon Basics body wash works just as good as the name brand, if not better, but at a much lower price. The quality is still premium—it’s thick, not runny, feels great on the skin, and smells good. You honestly can’t tell it’s not the brand-name version. What really impressed me was the packaging. Everything was securely taped, wrapped, and arrived in pristine condition—no leaks at all, which is rare with soaps. The shipping, packaging, and product quality were all excellent. Great value, great texture, great results. Definitely a win.

I have a spot on my neck that I have been battling for months now. This soap helped me get it under control enough to figure out exactly what was causing the flare up in the first place. It doesn't lather very well but it gets the job done.
