Pcos girlie with irregular periods for 15 years. I know the struggles too well. I’ve been taken this supplement for 3 months now and I’ve had 2 periods in a row after a year of no periods and a scan to confirm ovulation. I can’t say for certain these are the reason why but I am positive they’ve helped and my body is finally getting a hormonal balance of some type. This is my second order of these and I wanted to be sure they had a positive effect before ordering again. I come back to these for their ease of swallowing unlike some of the dry powder type pills. I’ve had no side effects or funny tastes/smells and I’m really impressed. If like me the world of hormones, fertility and pcos is found to be a minefield, I feel you whole heartedly but these have a positive influence on my body and I hope everyone taking them is experiencing the same thing. Stopped these capsules for a while, however I noticed a negative difference so started to take them again. I have more periods when taking these (I previously did not have a period for months/a year). I also feel like I have more energy. Good value for money. Capsules are not too hard to swallow either.

Have been taking these for almost a year and have really felt the benefit. As a PMOS girl, my cycles were irregular and ovulation was unpredictable. Periods are far more regular and whilst ovulation is still a bit unpredictable, I have noticed a massive difference in my energy levels and skin. Blood tests confirmed by B12 had increased, so the doctor was pleased I wasn't just paying for expensive wee! The tablets are quite large but easy to swallow and don't stick to the inside of your mouth. Was a bit gutted to see they were out of stock the other day but thankfully they are back!

OMG, I honestly never leave reviews on Amazon for products I buy but this supplement is unbelievable. It has completely suppressed my appetite and I have no cravings at all. I constantly feel full and can’t eat more than one meal a day. I used to take Mounjaro before my pregnancy and this honestly gives me the same feeling in terms of appetite suppression and fullness. I also got my period which was an added bonus for me.

I randomly stopped having my period a couple years ago after having it every month for the last 10 years. I was told I have pcos and put on birth control pills which I was on for two years. I wanted to stop taking birth control to because of its long term effects and was recommended myo inositol by the pharmacist who had gone through a similar experience. I started taking these myo inositol tablets and within a month of taking them I got my period naturally after three years. And have had it every month since. I recommend this product to anyone who tells me they have irregular periods. It truly changed my life.

Ordered 3 times now, not sure how effective they really are as I generally sleep well anyway. It's more for general mineral benefits and keeping topped up. Dosage of 3 capsules daily may not suit some as they are quite big to get down. May look for an alternative next time these run out.

I was sceptic about this product, however decided to let it go. Nearly second months gone since i started to take them. And i can see improvement of my problematic skin. It is clear withkut any impflamation. Also my period is on time. I stopped eating sweets. As don'tvwant them. Also reduced my meal portion. As also don't want so much of food. Happy with results
