Needed something a little more than just water while playing hockey and at the gym. Picked this up and love the flavor! Going to have to refill my supply soon and may pick up a couple other flavors also to try. Using it almost every day while at the gym and every other day playing hockey.

great product, too small of a container. would still buy it again, very good for working out or playing hockey.

I needed additional amino acids that would keep me hydrated throughout my work day, strengthen my bladder and resolve stomach, GI issues without added sugar. BIOSTEEL did just that across the board.

This product tastes great! I also feel that it helps counter the jitters that I sometimes get from caffeine during the day.

This product mixes well. Tastes great ..is all natural and doesn't contain caffeine making it suitable for youth athletes as well.

If you want something that you have to choke down this is it. Im not a fan. I tried a few flavors. No thanks. Ill stuck to the more well known brands.

Flavor is less pronounced then berry mix , mango peach and blue rasberry.More of a candy flavor while being light and citricy.My favorite from flavor so far.

The taste is better than pedialith but it still as a little aftertaste :p i don't mind the taste if the water is cold

So much cheaper to do this then run to 7 11 or Costco for the pre made ones.Delicious flavor and it dissolves well.

Frequent buyer of BioSteel but last order of lemon lime I received in second week of March and the product expires in April of this year. Would at least expect a minimum of 3 months time to consume the product. Probably wont purchase again as a result.
