Installed this on my 2018 Ram 2500 and it really does good, No rattling adnd it looks really tough on the truck, Great upgrade, Quick ball swaps by just unlocking top lock, Raising the long stud and positioning the right ball. Quick removal when going through car wash is a plus too.

This is a great hitch, super easy to setup and use. Towing a Honda Odyssey on a tow dolly behind a 40' bus.

This hitch is very heavy and seems incredibly sturdy. I also like the adjustment screw so that it doesn't vibrate when I'm driving without a trailer. It also works well for the height that I need. I only found two drawbacks. First, the pin that holds the ball section just uses a cotter pin. I haven't found a good way to "lock" it on and theft in my area is crazy and someone could just take it off. Second, the black coating comes off anywhere that metal touches. You can definitely see it on the ball itself and the area where it is adjusted for the height. However, it's a hitch and does it's job. I would rather have function over looks. Overall, I'm happy with the product.

I love the hitch. The paint didn’t last very long, but the hitch is still awesome. I’d buy it again.

Solid hitch. No clanking because of rubber inserts. Tight connection. I feel safe pulling anything with it. Can’t ask for much more

Great hitch for the cost! Works great and adjustable to whatever you need. When on off road trails i flip it upside down so it wont drag. Of course the coating is gonna rub off when you put a trailer on there so I’m not too worried about it because I use lube on there anyways, so it doesn’t rust as much as people say. I would like to be able to purchase just the attachments separately without any balls on there so I can make my own recovery hook or even better make one I can put on the bottom as a type of skid plate to protect the bottom side of my hitch when offroading . I do have the skill necessary, so I think I’m gonna make my own and put a type of skid plate on the bottom because I have lights on the bottom of my receiver hitch for offroading. You wont be disappointed with this hitch. The only other thing I would suggest is to include a half thickness rubber bushing for adjusting tension because the thick ones were just too much where I couldn’t get it adjusted perfectly, i trimmed it with a hot knife.

Hitch itself works well, however, the long lock pin's finish is poorly designed. I have owned this hitch for 2 months and it has been on my truck for about 7 weeks. This chrome lock pin has already rusted and my guess is that it will be the weak point of this hitch. Not sure why this pin has a pivot point in the middle either, but that pivot point is rusted as well and could have easily been made as a single piece out of quality stainless and would not have been a problem. I am giving this a 1 star review just due to the rust this soon after purchase on a hitch that claims to be rated for 18500lbs.

I work in construction. I've seen many trailer hitches but this one is next level. Everything locks down making it practically thief proof. Well designed great support.
