I've been taking these vitamin C tablets for a few weeks now, and I must say, I'm thrilled with the results! Healthy option nutritional deficiency
My skin issues getting reduced for sure. But I suggest using 1/2 tablet per day as per my experience. A full tablet would be a over dose I guess. For better inputs better consult a doctor or nutritionist.
