The Perfect iPad Case For Me
Pros:* Adjustable kickstand built in to case, angle can be adjusted in a manner similar to the Surface Pro (can be set to virtually any angle)* Apple stylus holder built in to case* Keyboard does not require a separate power source: it runs off of the battery of the iPad Pro (does not need to be charged)* Keyboard does not require a Bluetooth connection - it communicates with the iPad directly through its physical connection on the side of the iPad (the iPad Pro has a power/communication “port”/connector on the side of the tablet separate from the lightening port)* Keyboard has a nice “feel” to it - nice typing experience/decent size keyboard for a tablet* Case completely covers/protects the screen when closed and feels pretty rugged: nice materialCons:* Likely would not protect the iPad from a major drop, but sufficient for routine protection from scratches/small drops (e.g. not heavily rubberized)* Cannot utilize keyboard once it is separated from the tablet (some Bluetooth keyboards provide the ability to type when the keyboard is up to a few feet from the tablet - this does not)

Two characters have stopped working after just 6 months
UPDATE: This problem wasn’t with the hardware. I went to the Logitech site to seek a replacement and the site guided me to a simple setting change in my iPad—changing the keyboard setting from “Automatic” to “U.S.”. Immediately fixed the problem. The keyboard is fine. So I switched my review from 1 to 5 stars. I really have loved everything else about this product. The case is sturdy and ergonomic and covers and protects the iPad when not in use. It unfolds in a way to make the keyboard very comfortable to use. I can unfold the stand and use it in my lap just like a laptop PC. I’ve really loved it right up until this problem occurred and turns out it was a simple fix.Old review:I can no longer type a single quote or an ampersand. I use both And I use the single quote a lot. Ill (see?) be contacting support to see if they’ll (this was auto-corrected) replace it but this does not make me confident at all in the sturdiness of this product, including the potential replacement. This is not a problem with the buttons themselves but actually the characters. I can type a double-quote by holding the shift key and I can type a “7”. Those are the buttons. But there’s a short in the actual signal sent to the iPad for the specific characters. Im already nervous that more keys will soon stop working.

Keys stopped working in less than 24 hours
Despite a lot of the reviews, I purchased this keyboard really hoping it wouldn’t break. The top row of keys stopped working the next morning from the day I unboxed it. I really loved the keyboard. For one, it was cheaper than the Apple Smart Keyboard but still uses the smart connector. There’s no need for charging since it uses the smart connector, but the iPad’s battery isn’t drained. The tactile feel of the keyboard was great, too. I didn’t find it bulky, and it helped me replace my laptop with the iPad. Given these positives, I was willing to try a second one and hope that I get a fully functioning one. That decision opened a whole other Pandora’s box, unfortunately.Essentially, I decided I would order a second keyboard of the same exact type and color so that I would have one to use when I ship the current broken one back for a refund. The price listed on Amazon had increased since I purchased it. I called Amazon to get the same price given the circumstances of the second purchase. (FYI there was a set of screen protectors in the same order, too.)The representative was trying to be helpful, but she had a difficult time comprehending why I was calling. (I used to work in customer service, so I didn’t mind being patient and explaining numerous times in different ways why I was calling.) So, first, she tells me that she has processed a second order with the original price I paid and that the replacement keyboard will arrive by Wednesday. I checked my orders to make sure while I still had her on the line. It turns out she had just re-ordered the screen protectors I got. I pointed that out, so she put me on hold saying she would correct it. Then she comes back on the line saying the refund for the keyboard has been initiated and that she can send me the link to a page that will allow me to purchase the keyboard at the original price. I checked my email, and there was a return shipping label email and a link to the Amazon keyboard page. She confidently points out that the price is the same as what I paid for. No, it wasn’t. I had purchased the more expensive blue color, and the listed price was still more expensive than what I originally paid. (It clearly stated the color blue on my orders record.) I pointed out that the price was indeed still more expensive. Once she realized the discrepancy, she put me back on hold. She returned and told me there was absolutely nothing Amazon could do about the price. I told her I understood that this situation wasn’t her fault and asked to speak with someone else. I was connected to her supervisor, and the supervisor told me that Amazon “is like a virtual mall” and that it doesn’t price-match. This wasn’t about price-matching. I emphasized that this was not just a normal second purchase of this item. I am trying to make this second purchase so that I have a functioning keyboard to use when I send back the broken one I received. She kept going back to her virtual mall reasoning and increasingly had a tone like I was annoying her, so I ended the conversation after being on the phone for over an hour with them. There used to be a time when I could rely on Amazon, but I guess those days are no more.

Looks great and works most of the time...
Looks nice and provides good cover for my iPad. The keyboard goes dead sometimes and you have to disconnect and reconnect but that may be iOS 13 cannot tell at this point but when working it does a great job. Would have been 5 stars if it did not have the glitch. Seems like Logitech would have better info on how to make this work perfectly.

Quality keyboard.
The rubber pads on either side of the keyboard have a tendency to come loose. In addition, i find the keyboard needs to be disconnected in order to sync the keyboard to the iPad. It has a tendency to stop operating until i disconnect the keyboard and reattach it. Still, i find this to be a good keyboard for my iPad Pro.

It makes the iPad heavier, if you are looking something light, this is not for you.
This is my second keyboard case for my IPad I had the first gen. And this second gen is a lot better, I like that is detachable, so if I’m not using the keyboard, just put away. Keyboard is confortable to use, I really recommend this keyboard.

User friendly but Sadly, lacks quality & durability!
Quality wise, Nowhere as good as the previous model unfortunately, but still very easy to use.
