I really want to love it but I cant. The battery life is terrible. I fully charge the watch but it only last a few hours which defeats the purpose. Also, my child took it off so that also defeated the purpose. Besides that, the pros are the app is great, and the functions work as described in the product description. In conclusion I'm brainstorming a better product or what can be done to solve the problem I'm having with this watch. Possibly a longer lasting battery and a different band will resolve my issues. I'm still researching.

Purchased the product and the SIM card that was recommended but could not get the watch to work. Tried to follow the suggestions to fix but they did not resolve my issues. Instructions were hard to read/understand and did not help me.Update: Finally got it working, make sure the App on your phone is set to North America. I had to uninstall the App and then reinstall it to get that right. When I did, the watch started working.

My son loved it, but the cover where the charger plugs into the watch came off the first day, and despite it being "waterproof" it got wet during water play and was ruined. The screws rusted by the end of the dame day.

Difficult to unscrew the back to get the card in and the card they suggest to go in doesn’t really fit. But I’ve already paid for the plan and now I can’t return it.

I bought this watch for my granddaughter knowing she would love it and her parents would love it. My son-in-law had to get on line to find out why it would not connect to his Iphone. It does not work with Iphone. Infact it only works with certain phones that I have never heard of. Today I got on line to return it because of being so busy with the beginning of school and it says my last day to return it was yesterday. That is not good. We have never used it. I only bought it a month ago today. I should be able to return it. So I'm sending it back anyway. It is of no use to me nor my granddaughter. Very disappointed. Who makes a watch for children that the parents can't even use knowing that more people have an Iphone than any other phone.

We purchased two. One didn't even work straight out of the package. The GPS marker on the other continuously marked the Watch as over a Mile away from where we really were no matter how many times we reset it.Maybe in a few years they will have a product that will work.

I ordered this for my daughter only to realize when it came that it is not even compatible with my phone. Also, you need to purchase additional items for it to work.

Set up and directions are more frustrating than they're worth.
