I am 6 months in. This is a game changer. My hair got so thick and strong- 3 times a week using on the scalp only. Trying different HRT methods did a number on my 4c hair- fallout, thinning, holes. Best product ever! Neat and easy to apply. Smells wonderful. Hair is so happy after the first application. Even happier after the 2nd application about three weeks later when I felt that my hair needed a little of pick me up. Will be using this product as long as it is available. My head is full of hair. They are natural blond graying, were turning dry. Scalp was turning dry, but not anymore.

Good hair oil. I only use once per week so I can’t say it grows your hair but it moisturizes the scalp.

For the last six months I’ve been dealing with what I describe as a particularly stubborn strain of seborrheic dermatitis… I’ve gone thru at least three bottles of 2% ketoconazole shampoo but without fail, my scalp would be itchy and raining brown flakes a week later… I have thick, dense type 4 hair that I prefer to keep in protective styles so this was scalp issue was causing me a lot of stress.I have admired Qhemet Biologics products from afar for over a decade but somehow never tried any. Two weeks ago, I made a spur of the moment decision to buy this balm and I’m so glad I did. I’ve only used it twice and it’s completely cleared up all my flaking, I waited one full week between shampoos just to sure.. no itching, no dryness, no flakes, no dandruff. I only wish I’d tried this sooner. I love that it works as a true balm, absorbing into my skin without a greasy after feel, and the scent of lavender and rosemary aren’t overpowering. 10/10, would recommend.

I had high hopes for this product because of the brand’s reputation and the benefits often associated with MSM and rosemary. Unfortunately, my experience was not positive.After using the MSM + Rosemary Scalp Elixir, I noticed increased scalp irritation, including itching and sensitivity. Over time, my hair also became noticeably thinner, with increased breakage—especially around my edges and crown. Instead of strengthening my hair, it seemed to weaken it and caused more shedding than usual.While this product may work for some people, it did not agree with my scalp at all. If you have a sensitive scalp or are already experiencing thinning or breakage, I would recommend being very cautious or doing a patch test before regular use.Overall, this product was not a good fit for me, and I had to stop using it due to irritation and hair breakage.
