I have purchased several bottles of the zinc 7. Honestly, I didn't think it was doing anything for me until I ran out and I got sick within a week of running out. I have a lowered immune system and when I ran out I felt very run down, then I got sick. So I make taking zinc 7 a daily routine. It did not help me to loose any weight. I actually have gained weight since taking these. I wish they helped me loose weight, but they don't. They also don't help with pain. They basically just boost my immune system.

Great addition to my daily vitamins. This Zinc helps shorten my colds when I have one and makes me feel overall better. I highly recommend

I attribute the beautiful success of my 85 year old broken and dry fingernails to my 2 daily Zinc 7 capsules. They are now lovely with just a very light clear pink shine.

I felt better one day one but it didn’t last! I would not buy it again. I read that most people are zinc deficient. Like Vit D deficient. I felt better when I stopped taking it!

I gave it three stars bc it's overpriced, and just not sustainable for my budget.
