Can I change her eyes

I opened the top of her head with an exacto knife (very easy) and found that the eyes were inserted into pockets from the front. So to remove them would require softening the vinyl with heat so that you could push the eyes out. The doll is actually very nice for the price with a nice face-up including eye lashes and painted nails. Her construction is similar to Parabox dolls though I have not figured out how to get the joints apart. The only negative is a slight mismatch between the color of the vinyl and the color of the plastic joints. Still if you like the sculpt it's good value for the money.

Is this a Night Lolita doll? (Usually has a heart on the back of the head)

No, I don't think so but the Night Lolita clothes fit this BJD perfectly.

What size clothes will the doll fit in ?

Most SD size clothes will fit. The doll body tends to be towards the smaller size for SD or 1/3 scale dolls.

Will a dollfie dream head fit on this doll?

Possibly though I have not tried it. The doll's head is sealed and I have not tried a hot air gun or cutting the top of the head open to remove it. The doll is a lot closer to an Azone doll in both the materials it is made of and the way it is constructed. But size wise it is close to a Dollfie.
