Hi not sure about the Lincoln? The hitch on my truck is 2" so I guess if they is a 2" hitch for you vehicle then I guess , I carry a Honda crf250 on the bike rack and the rack as no problem carrying the dirt bike

Yes it should if you have the standard spare wheel on I used my friend rubicon and had no problem hope this helps

Yes I think so as the carrier as holes in the frame and where the wheels rest on steel bars the steel bars can be moved to accommodate different wheel sizes
