Not always recommended for truly wireless, hi res.
It works on my galaxy S24 Ultra plug & play since it was designed kind of like a USB DAC that connects to headphones automatically when plugged into USB socket from which it gets it's audio as any USB DAC or USB headphones but instead of outputting the source as analog audio it transmits it digitally over Bluetooth (it has a button on it to toggle between codecs if both devices support it with a single press through each codec), so as a external Bluetooth Transmitter without a screen you just need to enter your headphones into pairing mode and it connects just fine besides the fact that with my Cleer ARC 2 truly wireless earbuds only one side connects turned on, while the other be it left or right goes off and does not engage with the Transmitter (I don't know if this is common with other standalone Bluetooth transmitters when connecting to truly wireless earbuds or not). I have managed to "trick" my earbuds into turning on both coming on board and hearing audio through both of them, but so far it's tricky and seldom happens. As far as the device you're using be it a phone or other device with USB power and audio supply it doesn't matter since your device sees it as a pair of USB wired headphones with no adjustment besides volume and you can also see that it's outputting 48khz at 16bit depth and and not any 24 bit unfortunately so it's not really high resolution, but mostly CD quality as a DAC I think. And even though my Cleer ARC 2 say they support APTX lossless I only see green and white (aptx HD and aptX low Latency or Adaptive), but not red (APTX lossless) as I was writing this review I plugged it in, nothing happened and I did it again in a little while and I have sound in both ears in stereo, nice.

I'd give it 4 stars, but they're actively updating firmware for the better
This is one of 2 or 3 small form factor adapters I've found supporting aptx lossless. There are some quirks but it does work with my bose qc ultras. It also is the only one I've seen to support codec switching via hardware button instead of a driver setting. This is great for use on my work computer where I don't have privileges to install software. I use aptx lossless for music streaming, then switch to aptx adaptive low latency for calls. Note: if you use this with windows and Bluetooth classic, calls switch to hfp mode, dropping audio quality. I was hoping the snapdragon sound certification would preserve the high quality codec functions during calls, but apparently not. Maybe its something inherent with the MS generic audio input stack? Maybe LE Audio headphones would be better as they use a different set of profiles. As a work around, I use the laptop mic for sound and keep my headphones in aptx adaptive ll. Eppfun has releaseed firmware updates since my purhases and they has significantly improved stability in high res formats. Also, Ive had both support inqueries responded to with good answers. The reps English was a little rough, but it got the point cross. To Eppfun: Keep thoses patches coming! Also: see if you can make the classic bt based calls work better in windows. Using my aptx adaprive low latency would be a game changer ontop of game changing product. Let me know if you have questions or need a tester!

It works but can be finicky sometimes with Lossless
At first I was very happy with this transmitter. Even though the instructions were vague and had typos it connected to aptX Adaptive immediately using Denon Perl Pros. Pressing the button once switched the codec to aptX Lossless which works but has issues with steady transmission. When it’s working fine the quality is excellent but I started to notice that there were occasional popping sounds or an odd back and forth between the stereo earbuds that didn’t sound like part of the final mix. It’s very rare to find a product that has these features as this is the latest technology so it can be even more difficult to find a product that can connect using the highest end connections this transmitter offers. While Adaptive worked just fine there was a BIG quality difference between it and the Lossless connection. I really wanted to keep them and pretend I wasn’t hearing that popping sound and odd audio drop outs. But ultimately I made the choice to return it.

Not great pairing my PS5 with AirPods Pro 2
Tried connecting my PS5 to my AirPods Pro (2nd Gen) and sadly they are not compatible together. Who knows, you might have better luck with yours.

Aptx lossless verified
Definitely is as advertises. Compared some songs samples with this transmitter against my ROG Phone 8. The clarity of Aptx Lossless was the same on both devices. Supports all Aptx codecs. Works great except seem to randomly mute on Lossless mode sometimes and pairing is not perfectEdit: after using it regularly. The random mute on Lossless mode has stopped

Audio drops out way too frequently with MW4
Paired with MW4, yes, aptX lossless works. It'll connect at lossless when a media is playing, but it worked probably a minute then audio drops out while staying connected. I have to pause and unpause to get the audio back. It was very frustrating to deal with the audio. There's no software configuration, everything is done through a single button. I'm very disappointed because I wanted a native USB-C 5.4 dongle that supports Snapdragon sound. Eventually I gave up and replaced it with FlooGoo FMA120 dongle, no more audio drops out.
