Amazing lights. I ordered a non top shelf brand, and regretted it. Sent it back and got these. What a great decision. Their lights are the best quality you can get out there, by far. Quality is in their product as much as it is in their app, which is the part that shines. You aren't just buying lights, if you're buying this style, then you have to understand your buying the brands app too, and the app is key to using and playing around with the lights. Their app is amazing compared to all others I've seen. Very user friends and the amount of options are far greater than others. Yes, they're more expensive. But yes, they're much better. Absolutely worth the spend up people.

I don’t write too many reviews especially about items like lights, however, these lights are fantastic. They are easy to install, sturdy yet lightweight, bright and colorful. The app allows you to easily change colors/patterns and put lights on timer. Best purchase of the holiday season by far. Haven’t played with any of the musical features yet but I’m sure that will be additional fun. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with this purchase. The lights, at 96' feet, almost make it the full length of my deck rail. They work as advertised and the app makes it easy to play with a ton of lighting scenes. There are static colors with brightness control, and a ton of different chasing scenes where you actually need to stand back from the deck to get the full effect of what the lights are doing. Bonus, they were easy to integrate with Alexa as well.

Second, even though you can daisy-chain strands, you can't sync multiple separate strands together in the app, which would be a nice feature for creating more unified effects on one house.Despite these minor limitations, I would recommend the Govee Outdoor String Lights 2.
