Great Recipes, Great Format
This has just arrived, it's a gem of a cookery book to relish and cherish. It's a great new approach to fresh and quick but very comforting culinary delights. I love the format of basing recipes on cooking times and the flexibility of approach to ingredients. It's an easy and very attractive read. I'm not a great one for following recipes but I will certainly use this book for inspiration at the very least. Lovely, wholesome country fare with a unique twist.

This was a great book. Loads of excellent recipes for all skill levels. Good images of the finished product so you know what to aim for. Still trying out new recipes and so far not disappointed.

Best cookbook bought in ages.
Just bought the kindle version. Had a quick browse through book and 90% of the book I'll be cooking,best book I've bought in ages and I buy a lot of books on offer. Well worth a purchase.

Lovely recipes
I’ve been following Hari and her recipes for a while so when she said she was bringing out a book I had to have it! Some really lovely wholesome recipes. A few not for me but definitely worth a try. Some a little too fancy for me personally but still plenty for everyone.

A wonderful cookbook
Thoughtfully put together with home comfort foods! Easy to follow and I love the sections to differentiate which recipes to make depending on how long you have to make it - 10, 20, 30 and 40 minutes. Great lists of alternative ingredients to use for each dish making the recipes inclusive for all. Wonderful.

Such tasty meals that aren’t too difficult which is great for someone who’s not the most skilled in the kitchen. Been following Hari since on Instagram since the days she made uni meals so super happy she’s now got two books!

Great recipes
I can’t wait to cook some of these recipes. The directions are great and I love that she adds substitutions. The pictures are beautiful!
