I’ve almost lost a stone in weight being on these, I do try and watch what I eat, but not all the time, I’m on the second bottle

For any of you that watched the video that went with these tablets would know it is utter b.s. they claim it aids sleep, which it doesn’t, it states will help you lose weight, it doesn’t! I’m guessing they are looking at the placebo effect! Save your money l, or watch the lengthy video and you’ll realise they are doing exactly what they slate in the video.

I have used it honestly for all month, but it didn’t help at all, didn’t loose a single kg (I special didn’t change my eating or activity habits to see, how much it works). And it obviously not original, as it contains caffeine. First day I took it in evening and couldn’t sleep all night! So after that night I started to use it in the mornings. A side effect - but it “helped” me to conceive.

According to the adverts for Renew supplement it is supposed to help you obtain a deep sleep as well as help with metabolism. I have not slept properly since taking it and have found out that it contains caffeine! I would not recommend this, it is a copy of the correct product.
