It works very well. Great but and arrived very quick.

The product is amazing. Works great and when a piece was broken during shipment and delivery, the company was able to send a replacement piece with no issue. I would recommend this product to everyone and anyone who is wanting to try making cups, shirts, hats and etc. It is easy to use and to setup.

The machine itself heats as it should. It's VERY difficult trying to figure out how to set the temp and the timer. I've managed (after a YOUTUBE video) to figure out how to set the heat setting, but for the life of me cannot figure out how to set the timer to what I need it set to....even with the YOUTUBE video. It came with instructions, but they were absolutely no use whatsoever. I probably wouldn't buy this again because it's so hard to figure out the settings, but if I did, I would have purchased a bigger one. I tried to do a return (for a bigger one) and was approved, if I paid for return shipping. Not the shippers fault, but when I put in the reason I wanted the return (wanted bigger) they didn't offer for me to pay the difference for a bigger one. Had they offered that, I would have paid for shipping it back for the exchange. Better instructions would have been helpful.

After researching so long on heat press I bought this one and I love it! I have made a few projects with the heat press and don’t really have any complaints on it. It good quality, easy to use and it’s a cute color.

have to wait for temp to get back up. ordered 12 by 10 the one sent was smaller than that barely a 12 by 9. will upload photos later. The connector seem flimsy like they can lose connection easily. Would give zero stars for losing heat and it being to small than ordered. contacted company they said to send photos and they will decide. decide what if it is smaller than ordered????

It's okay but not great. If you are new to this, the instructions are garbage and don't make any sense or help. Lots of YouTube. If you are using the attachment for hats, it's quite a process to switch it out. I read the reviews but wish I would have investigated a bit more.

Really nice product and great for small buisness. Moreover, easy to understand and got some nice attachments with it.

Le service client est impeccable. La machine présentait un défaut n'entravant pas son fonctionnement, mais néanmoins décevant compte tenu de l'investissement. Je recommande néanmoins cette presse à chaud ; elle fonctionne très bien, chauffe rapidement et maintient sa température, contrairement à d'autres presses.

The hat attachment doesn't work, I ruined alot of hats trying, even had other people to help, we all say the same thing, it doesn't work right. Also the unit itself takes around 3 1/2 to 4 minutes to put a heat transfer on a tshirt this is unacceptable. No good for business.
