Red Light Therapy for Body, 660nm 850nm Infrared Light Therapy Pad, Wearable Wrap with Timer Remote Control for Back Shoulder Waist Knee, Infrared Light Device Home Use, 31.5" x 11.8" Large Area

I bought this to lay across my two knees. I have one replaced knee that still bothers me on the side and the other knee needs replacement but since I still have so much pain from the replaced one, I am trying other things first, trying to not have it replaced. I bought 2 of the hard knee ones, but they didn’t fit my knee well so they are going back. This can be laid across my knees tucking it barely under each one. The heat feels good on them and I am hopeful the red light therapy will work. This unit needs to be plugged in which was problematic at my recliner, so I am keeping it next to my bed. I put it across my knees in bed and run it before going to sleep each night. I have gotten my knee out of the severe pain I was having. I could not even walk with the knee that needs replacement. I was hobbling, using a cane in severe pain. Since using this just before bed for about 3 weeks now, the severe pain is gone and I often forget to use my cane in the house. It’s not magic, my knee still hurts but is much more functional than it was. I’m hoping for further improvement, we will see, but even if it stays like this, the mat is helpful and would not want to be without it.

I wish it were more flexible, but totally understand why it isn’t because of wiring, etc. I think it’s definitely helped my knee injury after falling months ago.

This review is long overdue! I bought this for my 14 year old German Shepherd who had hip and joint issues. This red light brought him comfort. He loved laying under it. Could tell the days we used it he was moving with more ease. Thank you for bringing an affordable red light option to us.

I have a light red light therapy device for my face and decided to try something for my body. I saw this particular mat for a good price and decided to purchase it. It's very easy to use, lightweight and has several settings to choose from. The plastic cover is easy to keep it clean... I roll it up and store it in my closet, it doesn't take up much room. After my gym workout I typically come home and settle in on it while I watch TV. It's very relaxing and has helped with my muscle tone and I think it's improving my cellulite if you can believe that! I'm thoroughly enjoying it and honestly kind of getting addicted to it LOL. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner.

I’ve always been a person who comes home from a desk job to go straight to a heating pad to relax my tigh lower back muscles and I wanted to try something more healing than soothing. I’ve used this pad about 6 times so far and I will say I’ve noticed a difference - now is it drastic or an all cure, no. However I do feel like I’m doing something for my health.Only giving 4 stars because I haven’t used it a lot, yet. Good product.

Five stars because this RLT belt us the best. Great price. Great quality, Recovered fully using this belt for TBI. It also healed years-long injuries to wrist, shoulder and feet. The protective plastic cover is set aside. Keep it in case a sweaty friend drops by. I have a 34” inch waist and the belt is 31” long so It wraps comfortably. Special great design includes two pulse settings, 10 or 40. That dissipates some of the heat produced by the Near Infrared — much more comfy. Never gets too hot set to 40. I think maybe the removable velcro strap is kinda clumsy. Get one or twice. Get ready to be amazed. I spend one hour every morning combined with 12 mg capsules of MB. I am 71. I am thinking of using four of these at a time to create full coverage front and back. Planet Fitness has a RLT beds, those cost thousands, and GMOWNW RLT is a bargain.

Unfortunately it didn't work right out of the box. It would turn on for less than a minute then shut off. I'm pretty sure it's a faulty cord. The one that has the remote attached to it. Ordered a replacement and I'll update my review if it actually works.

My healthcare professional recommended this to help with my inflammation and I am so happy I got it! At the end of the day, 3-4 times a week, I can sit back and relax with it on me and watch TV while it does its thing. It’s got a timer so I just have to set it and adjust the intensity level and it’s ready to go. The pad is long enough to go from hip to ankle and covers the entire area where I need it to focus on. It’s flexible so it can wrap around you if needed. The cord is long enough for me that I can use it on my couch. I started using it every other day when I got it over a month ago, but now only 2-3 times a week as I feel better more often. It seems pretty well made and worth buying.

لي شهر كامل استخدمه لتحسين جودة الجلد والتخلص من بعض آثار العمليات .. للأسف اشتريت الجهاز لمن قريت مواصفاته لكن ما شفت اي فوايد مرجوه منه .. مع العلم اني اشتريت جهاز اخر للوجه وكنت المس النتايج بشكل مباشر! اللي لاحظته ان المات سااااخنه جداً لدرجة انها تلسسسعني اذا جلست عليها من حرارتها ولمن سالت جيميناي اكد ان الضوء الاحمر مفروض ما يكون حار وفعلاً الماسك اللي استخدمه ابداً مو حار ولا جهاز الشعر ايضاً اللي يعمل بالضوء الاحمر!! لذلك بعد شهر من استخدامه .. قررت اكتب الريفيو واتوقف عن استخدامه وابدا باستخدام بانل اشتريته ومتحمسه عليه كمان لاحظت ان هذا المات مو قاعد بعالج مشكله عندي بالاعصاب ..مع العلم اني قريت دراسات رائعه عن فوايد الضوء الاحمر وما فكرت اشتريها بالرغم من الهبه لسنوات الا بعد ما قريت الكثير من الدراسات وشفت كثير مراجعات المات صغيره توصل من الخصر الى نص الفخذ وما تغطي الا جهة وحده ..وعشان تشوفين نتايج مفروض عشرين دقيقه ع كل منطقه فاصلا كنت استهلك وقت كبييير وبالاخير زيرو نتايج والقرار قراركم بس بالنسبه لي استثمر بشيء اغلى عشان فعلاً تشوف النتايج

في الوصف و في الصوره يحسسك انه للجسم!! لكن في الواقع حجمه جدا صغير!!
