My wife and I lived in Europe for many years, I was in Italy, she was in Spain, and we met in Germany. Bidets are very common in most homes, used not only personal hygiene but also for hand washing delicate items, etc. She was visiting family in Brazil and said would buy a hand-held sprayer that is now very common there (an installed bidet would be around $10K). I told her not to because the fittings would not match the fixtures here and that I would look to find one. I was surprised to find a wide collection to choose from. I wanted stainless steel, easy installation without shutting off the water to the house, and variable pressure. Installation was easy as stated, except I needed to replace a non-flexible, too long compression fitted tube which would be a guaranteed leaker if touched in the slightest way, with a flexible 3/8-in compression fit to 7/8-in ballcock. Since the length of the connection between the valve outlet at the wall and the toilet mechanism will vary from toilet to toilet, I would recommend that the DYI buyer quickly estimate the quality of the existing connection and the length. Better to replace at the time of installation to avoid headaches later. A 6-in or 9-in 3/8" comp to 7/8" ballcock flex hoses is probably the most common at Home Depot/Ace/Lowe's. When my wife returned from Brazil, she was thrilled by its utility and style and surprised it was available here. I ordered 3 more for each bathroom and two 6-in 3/8" comp to 7/8" ballcock flex hoses (one bathroom fixture was already a flex hose). Great product and works as advertised. Later, the customer service sent me an email stating that they had better high pressure 48" hoses available to replace the original ones and sent 4 hoses at no cost to me. I've installed all 4 and they work well. Florida wrecks havoc on everything subjected to water and high humidity. I definitely feel more secure and as recommended I close the T-valve (simple 180° turn of a handle). Recently, I noticed that the original unit I installed did not have the on-off handle on the T-valve. I wrote to them, requesting whether or not I could purchase a replacement valve through them or a recommended source. They sent a complete new unit, every component and an easier to install T-valve. Again, at no cost to me and the package arrived on Sunday (July 17 2022). Now that is Customer Service!! I can't remember when I've been more impressed by Customer Service. Kudos.

I bought this handheld sprayer because I wanted something easy to install that would actually work for cleaning and basic bathroom use. It was straightforward to set up. The kit came with the parts I needed and I had it connected to the toilet in a few minutes without any trouble. The sprayer works well and the pressure is strong. I can keep it gentle for normal use, but it also gets powerful enough for cleaning the toilet or rinsing things out. The handle feels solid and the hose does not feel cheap. I like that it has a shutoff valve next to the toilet. I leave the water off when I am not using it so there is no pressure on the line. That gives me peace of mind. Just for extra info, we have some little ones and we primarily use reusable diapers, and let me tell you, the experience of having to deal with those in a washer/drier or sink setup was MISERABLE. This has been an insanely helpful updgrade for dealing with those diapers. The noise level is a little loud, but come on, it's spraying water into a toilet bowl... what are you gonna do? Water pressure has been good the whole time we've used it, haven't noticed any problems in that regard. Overall, it has been reliable and useful. If you want a simple sprayer that installs fast and feels sturdy, this one has worked well for me.

It’s been a few months since I purchased 2 of these sets of bidet sprayer as I like to use a product like this a while before I give my opinion on the quality and ease of use. I have to say My husband and I really love these sprayer and it was definitely worth what we paid and I would have happily paid more for this particular product. We’ve had a bidet for years and we want from the seat mounted type and decided to give this a try as the seat mounted bidet like the “Tushey” ends up being quite unsanitary after prolonged use as it’s really difficult to keep clean. We’re a little fanatical when it comes to hygiene so we wanted a unit that was separate from being mounted in the toilet so we gave this a try. The sprayer has the ability to control the flow pressure and since it’s hand held, directionally controllable. It’s made with good solid steel material and not plastic which makes it durable. It’s simple to clean and there’s no leaking. I would recommend this sprayer and have recommended it to friends who also are finding it well made and easy to install and use. A+ product. Update due to third purchase 9/15/2021- I made a huge mistake purchasing a similar product from a different company and a different seller since I was too lazy to look up my previous purchase for this particular purchase couple of years ago. I should have went through the process of looking as the other product was so poorly made that we can tell upon trying to install it. My husband and i decided to bite the bullet and admit defeat and return the other product and I went through searching for this purchase as I still have 2 perfectly good functioning system by Purrfectzone. We moved to a bigger house with a third bathroom and needed to order another one so we did receive it and my husband installed it it minutes and the quality of the hardware and the hose are definitely topnotch. Like I said, we still have the other 2 that we purchased several years ago and moved it to our new house and since the box contains extra washers and sealing tape, we had no problems disconnecting and reconnecting. We really stand strongly behind this product and I hope that they never change the product as why fix something that's not broken. Thank you for the great product that lasts!!!

This bidet sprayer kit is a solid choice for everyday use. Installation was quick and straightforward, and the stainless steel build feels durable. The adjustable water pressure works well for different needs like cleaning or cloth diaper washing. I did notice minor dripping after use and the hose could be a bit more flexible, but nothing major. Overall, it works well and offers great value for the price. Happy with the purchase!

Installed this bidet sprayer in about 15 minutes and it was much easier than I expected. The stainless steel parts feels solid and the water pressure is easy to control. Used it for more than couple of years and it worked perfectly without any leaks or issues.

I can to hire these guys when creating instructions. The bidet works extremely well you can even adjust the pressure from the nozzle on the side. This product is easily worth double what I paid for!

To be clear, when ordering I thought this mounted at the toilet supply valve. Thinking that, when it arrived, I was perplexed / concerned about the “turn off after every use” instructions, contemplating how very inconvenient / possibly difficult that might be to achieve. I was concerned enough to peruse the product reviews for other’s input as to whether that was required. Upon opening the box and reviewing the parts and instructions, I found that the “t-valve” actually installs under the toilet tank, at the tank end of the water supply line, and NOT at the water supply shut off valve. As such, it is a very simple and convenient chore to shut off the sprayer after each use, with a simple 90° turn of a lever. Any conversation regarding whether or not to do so can be considered moot. The valve has three fittings, one plastic and two metal. The top plastic fitting attaches to bottom of the tank-fill-tube that extends through the bottom of your toilet tank. The bottom fitting is for the water supply line that used to attach directly to the tank, and the side fitting is for the sprayer. Advice # 1: place the provided plumber’s tape on both the metal fittings prior to installing the valve on your tank. It’s quite simple to do so with the part in your hand, and much more difficult to accomplish after the valve is installed. Advice # 2: Install the sprayer hose prior to installing the valve on the tank. Not only for the same reason as # 1, but it allows you to determine the optimum rotation of the valve prior to tightening it. In my case, I found there was insufficient clearance to install the sprayer fitting pointed directly at the toilet. Rotating the valve 45° so that the hose fitting pointed towards the rear and the shut-off lever faced forward provided an acceptable fit and placed the shut-off valve in a very convenient location. Advice # 3: The instructions note to place plumber’s tape on the toilet tank fitting. I find that somewhat odd, as both the nut and tube are plastic. I’ve never done that before, nor was there tape on the tube when I removed the original supply hose from it. Out of an abundance of caution, I did use the tape there, but I’m still not sure why. That paragraph of instructions also applies to the bottom fitting for the water supply line. Since that fitting is metal to metal, tape usage is entirely appropriate and required. Equally odd, the instructions for attaching the sprayer hose to the valve and the sprayer to the hose do not mention using tape. Those connections are also metal to metal and tape should be used. The installation is quite simple and does not require any tools. The installation was completed only 9 hours ago, but at this point there no leakage whatsoever. I have not personally used it for its intended purpose, but at this point have no reason to give it anything other than five stars. One thing is definitely odd. You will run into many flow valves in your life, for water, gasoline or natural gas. There is typically a lever that rotates 90° to turn the flow on or off. With EVERY such valve I've ever encountered, setting the lever in line with the piping means "on" and turning it so that it's perpendicular to the piping means it's "off". No so on this unit. The water flow is "off" when the lever is in line with the hoses. Yep, odd.

I’ve been using this bidet for a while now, and I’m really happy with it. Installation was straightforward, the water pressure is adjustable, and it feels very refreshing. Great quality for the price, and I would recommend it to anyone considering a bidet.

Please note that the screw in Connection does not fit South African Toilet size. Had the order a 3-Way Shower Arm Diverter Shower Connector T Adaptor G 1/2 Valve Head from TakeAlot to make it work. And the Spray (head) keeps on falling out of the bracket that is mounted on the Top Toilet Water Tank.
