Ich habe einen Tennisarm. Aber ich spiele doch gar kein Tennis.Durch eine Überbelastung beim Sport habe ich jetzt einen Tennisarm. Dehnübungen und leichtes Krafttraining helfen mir hierbei schon, aber auf Dauer brauche ich bei der Belastung immer noch eine Unterstützung.Die Ellenbogenbandage von PROIRON macht hier einen hervorragenden Job.Ich habe von erstem Tag der Anwendung ein gutes Gefühl in meinem Arm. Die kleine Anleitung, welche der Bandage bei lag, gab mir einen guten Tipp in der Anwendung und seitdem ich die Bandage trage, habe ich keine Schmerzen mehr im Arm, wenn ich ihn belaste.Die Bandage ist angenehm auf der Haut zu tragen und auch die Klettverschlüsse lassen sich leicht öffnen und wieder verschließen. Mit einem feucht und leicht lauwarmen Tuch läßt sich die Bandage auch sehr gut reinigen. Ich trage sie fast täglich und habe nach einigen Versuchen auch die ideale Spannung für meinen Arm gefunden.Zu einem Preis von unter 10 Euro ist dies das Produkt, welches auch für eine kleinen Geldbeutel rasche Linderung der Schmerzen im Arm verspricht, …Und auch hält.

angenehmer Stoff
Fühlt sich gut an. Das dünnere Ende des Klettverschlusses ist teilweise schlecht zu greifen/ zu erfühlen. Ist aber ansonsten einfach anzubringen. Auch für kräftigere Arme geeignet.

Comfortable when adjusted
Tennis elbow is quite painful and you'll do anything to get some relief. This strap seems as good as any for providing gentle support to the tender area: of course you have to adjust it to get that right. Too loose and it's no good; too tight and it creates other pain instead.The design is good in some ways - the adjustment is easy and very flexible. There's a product label stitched in to it just at the point where the compression is applied, rather negating the value of the covering of the compression pad, unless you snip out the label.Take care with the description. The title says "2 pack" - but actually you can order one or two items, so make sure you know what you're getting.
