I really liked these protein pretzels as a healthier snack option. They’re crunchy, satisfying, and a great alternative to regular chips when you want something salty but with added protein. Of course it’s not like eating Synders Pretzels, but high protein and low carbs, it’s fine. I liked the everything flavor, and the sesame flavor I really did not like, but by getting the variety pack, I was able to sample 3 flavors. I will get more. They’re definitely acceptable if you want protein and not carbs. I researched and this was the best ratio product I found. Enjoy!

I so wanted pretzels, if you want pretzels DON'T get these. I started with the sea salt flavor. It tastes like salty protein powder. I had to force myself to eat them because they aren't cheap. Even chip dip didnt help them. I then tried the sesame, slightly better, but still not amazing. The everything bagel isnt horrible and the only reason why this got a 3 star. Yes you can still taste the protein powder, but the onion and garlic carries it enough to not make it feel like baked chalk.

These protein pretzles are good, full stop. Not just good for "health food", but as good as most average snacks. I would not choose these over my favorite regular chips, but I would choose them over all the weird flavors of normal chips, chip makers insist on throwing at the market. There is a bit of a weird aftertaste, thats the only real negative with these pretzels besides the ridiculous price tag. The flavor is savory with some spice. Other users compare them to Flaming Hot Cheetos but I dont see that at all, the Cheetos are just an overpowering single pepper note, where as these are more of a salty spicy savory concoction. If you can justify the price, these things really are as good as the hype. I just dont know how often I will choose to spend the money on them.

I just love the whopping amount of protein in these snacks. Further more they also deliver on the fiber which I found as an extra added bonus. They taste pretty good for what they are. They are a bit pricey but there is a lot that goes into them. Much better to pay for a healthy snack now than prescription medication later. No question about it I will continue to make these part of my diet.
