AMAZING ! So far so good . The Froth it is + 5 Stars. Warming up milk was never so easy, so easy clean to do it. Just rinse and pass a dry cloth. That's it. Brand new again. The portion of milk for frothing, just pour until it reach the top of the white little stick, and that will fill up a cup :) . Warming up milk I tend to put little tinny more and that will do a brilliant Latte with very little foam, if you like so. If not just stop at the point you like it. And will be coming out of there a elegant superb Latte or cappuccino:) every penny worthy, thanks

Bought mainly to make hot chocolate and it's an absolute hit. Well made and easy to use, at a great price. Highly recommend.

This nifty Little gadget is great for foamy coffees and my hot chocolate. I use it nearly every day or sometimes twice a day! I even like the cold foam function I can see me using that a lot in the summer. You do have to be careful not to overfill it otherwise the milk comes over the top, stick to the measurement inside the jug. The only minus is that u have to wash it up carefully as the bottom is the electrical part. But that's a small thing compared with the price and uses it has. It's going to save me a fortune in posh coffee's and chocolate at home this winter!!!

It’s a bit hit and miss to start but does not like heating the higher amount of milk it over flows. However I have found that using the last position does heat up milk enough with some froth, but you often have to spoon it out. Not as good as I hoped. Enough to use until I find a better product as it seems all ones I’ve tried don’t match up to what I need. Cannot find equivalent update machine to match my old product.

Made one great hot chocolate and frothed some milk up quite nicely.. then the whisk started "grinding" and very soon after that the whole thing just packed up completely. This was a bit of an experimental purchase for me as I had no idea if it would be any good. The idea is great but this particular model is rubbish.

Works extremely well and fast. I use skimmed milk and the froth is amazing. I enjoy a frothy coffee without the batista price. Thoroughly recommend
