LXD is the abbreviation of illuminance / Lux diode. It is a photodiode which made of semi-conductor material, and the conductance changes with luminance variation. LXD sensor can be manufactured with different figures and illuminated area based on this characteristic. LXD Sensor is widely used in many industries, such as toys, lamps, camera, etc. RoHS Compliance / Pb-free / Cd-free. Replace Photo resistor (LDR Sensor). PART NO: LXD-VT5528B Allowable Power Dissipation ( PD ) .......... 90 mW ( Derate above 25 ℃:1.0 mW/℃ ) Maximum Applied Voltage (at 25℃) .......... 70V (Vce ) / 7v (Vec) VDC Ambient Temperature Range ( TA ) .......... -30 ~+75 ℃ Soldering Temperature*(0.118 inch from base for 3seconds with heat sink).......... 260℃ Photo Current at 1ftc .......... 150-200uA Dark Current at 0 Lux*2..........0.01uA Peak Spectral Response..........570Nm Response Time.............Tr=4.0uS / Tf=8.0uS Test condition: *Maximum applied voltage: the maximum voltage that can be continuously applied to the element in the dark; Vce refers to the maximum voltage that is applied to the element from the positive to the negative pole. Vec means the maximum voltage that a negative electrode to the positive electrode is applied to the element; * light current: 5V DC power supply, 1K pull-down resistor, 400-600Lux light irradiation for 2 hours, in a standard light source (color zou2856K) 10Lux light test values; (see Figure 8 test circuit) *Dark current: off 10Lux light after tenth seconds of photoelectric flow value; (see test circuit diagram 9) *Maximum power consumption: maximum power dissipation at ambient temperature of 25℃;
