The monitor was securely packaged and arrive in great shape. I was impressed at its build and quality. The hinges (3 for this size) are just the right tension for opening, closing and positioning the screens. I bought this because I work from home and when I travel I can't just use my laptop screen. I use it to extend my main screen so I haven't used it yet for anything other than that but since it does so well with that function, I'm sure it will do its job well. I use this with both Mac and Windows systems. The screen itself presents a clear and beautiful picture. I love the size! It would not be something that I would use for my photography editing but that's not the reason I bought it. It would be great for watching videos but, again, that is not why I bought it. I have it mounted via VESA on an arm when at home and I purchased the sleeve for travel. I think that I might use that sleeve for storage but buy one with a strap for traveling with it. It has some heft to it, not enough to discourage me using it but enough to make me comfortable that it is of great build quality. It is not cheap plastic by any means. I find the plug-n-play works as intended and once I configured it as instructed, it was quite easy to get up and going both at home and on the road. After having used it often and in a number of different situations; I would be comfortable saying that if you happen to have one that doesn't function as you expected, then it's a one-off and not the norm. This thing is fantastic and I would buy it again. Everyone who sees it makes a comment about how nice it looks.

The UPERFECT Delta 18.5" Dual Monitor has been a fantastic addition to my setup. It gives me so much extra screen space without taking up too much room in my luggage, and that alone makes it worth it for me. Great for Travel I was worried that an 18.5-inch monitor might be too bulky, but it’s actually surprisingly slim and lightweight. It slides easily into my bag, and I don’t feel like I’m hauling around a ton of extra equipment. When I’m on the road, having a second screen makes such a difference. I just plug it into my MacBook Pro using USB-C, and it works immediately—no extra software, no troubleshooting, just instant extra screen space. Right out of the box this monitor feels very sturdy. It is of high build quality and made of metal unlike other monitors which are usually cheap plastic. It has three hinges where most monitors have two. There is no big brand logo on the bezels, that's why I loved my last (and current) monitor from this brand. It has a very clean look! The large screens give you tons of work space, which is perfect for anything from video editing to programming to playing games. If you are looking for a high-quality and sturdy monitor, this one is for you. I love that it can rotate 360 degrees, giving me tons of layout options. You can use one screen, or both. you can clone your screen or use the extend mode to have one large stacked screen, or even use them as two separate monitors. The screens are huge (18.5 inches!), even bigger than my laptop, but it still fits in my backpack. I've been carrying it every day in my bag, and it has now replaced the other UPERFECT monitor I had before (which was also great, but this one is next level!) Knowing that I have the extra screen space to work wherever I want is great. I was surprised how strong and seamless the integrated stand is. It's super thin, yet easily holds up the weight of the top screen in any configuration you'd like. The rubber feet on the bottom keep it from sliding, and it feels strong so I'm not worried about it falling. There are plenty of cables included (4!) with the monitor to make sure you can connect any way you like. The best part is you don't need to download any software or special drivers, the monitor just works out of the box! I have an MacBook, and I was surprised how seamless the setup was. Literally just plug in the cable and boom, it works. It's plenty bright, has color correction options and has a great refresh rate of 100hz. Changing between modes is super easy. All you have to do is click the lower button and a menu will come up with the four connection options. To cycle through them, just use the scroll lever on the side. The same scroll lever can be used to adjust volume, brightness, color, and so many other settings. I like that there is just one button and lever for each screen that do everything! I've also reached out to customer service for support and questions and they have always been super helpful and quick in their responses. When I had a problem with different monitor, they immediately sent me a new one and even an extra cable so I could connect my phone to it! I would absolutely recommend getting your monitor from them. Lets start this review off right. I was VERY hesitant to purchase this but I needed something for work and play. One screen was not enough for video editing. I pulled the trigger on this because it satisfied everything I was looking for. It has 100hz screen on both monitors, super bright, low reflectivity from the office lights or the lights in my room. Setup was a breeze and color grading on this is amazing. Having the ability to put Davinci resolve on my main screen while having video playback on its own dedicated monitor AND having a movie playing on the other is so freaking satisfying. The volume on the monitors is not the loudest, going to be honest here, but I have speakers that are on the left side of my computer and the right side of these monitors so I play audio through those and it is great. Gaming on these is also insanely fun. The vibrant color profile makes my games pop and the deep blacks on here make them pop even further. Having Saltycracker (or any youtube video) playing on the bottom monitor thats hooked up to my desktop, while having Dragonball Fighterz on the top monitor thats connected to my legiongo is just fun as hell! Look, if you have browsed to this portable monitor setup from uperfect, seen the price, and were hesitant. Dont be. It is really good. Just something to be aware of during setup: I have hdmi from one monitor going to my laptop (while at work) and the other is connected via usb-c. You have to turn plug the usb-c monitor in first (if you are not using both hdmi) and then the hdmi. This will allow the computer to detect both as individual monitors. When I first brought this to work everyone was gathering around checking it out. One person even bought their own! Work life, gaming life, whatever it is this portable monitor is a game changer for sure. One of the happiest accidents I have ever found and I will for sure be looking into some of their other products. I have yet to mess with the VESA mounts this dual monitor has, but one day I will get around to it. If I do I will update this review. So far though, this thing is insanely good for what I needed it for!
