I recommend it
Bridges toilets are a kettle twitchy to get so they flush properly. This flapper is easy to insal and works great. I have tried other flappers and none have worked this well.

Snug as a water bug in a water rug.
This is the flapper that you need for your Briggs Vacuity toilet. Don't try anything else. I tried others. Those flappers leaked and ran up my water bill.If you have a Briggs Vacuity toilet, then learn from my mistake and use the right flapper the first time.

Fixed! No more running water in our Briggs Toilet
It works. Thus ending weeks of research, trial and error and random water running. Since buying our new home (to us - it is 25 years old) we've replaced gear in every toilet and this one was the most challenging. A Briggs toilet is unlike anything I've seen before. I found their website and tried their suggested fix with our old flapper. It didn't work. I've had this installed since Tuesday and the water level hasn't changed. I came back and purchased a second unit to keep for sometime in the future. The toilet is quiet and now I can sigh and wait for the next home repair adventure. It is always something.

Correct part for Brigg's vacuity.
This part was correct for the Brigg's toilet. Only problem was the standpipe/socket had been installed with one of the ears actually touching the plastic inner tank. This made it nearly impossible to install the new flapper. But the problem was not with the flapper.

Best option that I know of for Briggs Vacuity toilets.
This thing is very difficult to adjust properly. I'm still playing with balancing the water height and the float height. There aren't many options for replacing the flappers of Briggs Vacuity toilets though, and they're great toilets, so I'm glad that this aftermarket part exists. It's too bad that Briggs discontinued the Vacuity line of toilets and their original parts.

It fits!
It installed easily in my Briggs Vacuity toilet and fits perfectly! No more running toilet. Please keep these in stock - I have an identical toilet that will need one soon.

Works as described on Briggs Vacuity
One of our Briggs Vacuity toilets starting leaking in small amounts that over time seemed to grow. Replaced the flapper with this one -- problem solved. Happy that parts like this are still available for an aging toilet.
